El 17 de febrer de 2020, la Fundació d'Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears (IdISBa) va presentar a la Subdirecció de Pressuposts i Control de la Despesa del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears la documentació relativa a la donació al Servei de Salut consistent en tres videoendoscopis i un monitor, per un import de 26.420,47 €, destinada al Servei d'Anestèsia i Reanimació de l'Hospital Universitari Son Espases. La documentació aportada és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Informe de necessitat emès el 5 de febrer de 2020 pel cap del Servei d'Anestèsia i Reanimació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Escrit d'oferiment del director gerent de IdISBa, amb data de 31 de gener de 2020, de tres videoendoscopis i un monitor, per l'import de 26.420,47 €, al Servei de Salut destinats al Servei d'Anestèsia i Reanimació de l'Hospital Universitari Son Espases. En aquest escrit es detalla el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, el Consell de Direcció del Servei de Salut adopta el següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Autoritzar l'acceptació de la donació al Servei de Salut de tres videoendoscopis i un monitor, per un import de 26.420,47 €, destinada al Servei d'Anestèsia i Reanimació de l'Hospital Universitari Son Espases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Determinar que acceptar la donació no significa cap despesa per a l'Hospital ni per al Servei de Salut, ni implica assumir cap obligació amb el donant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Facultar el director general del Servei de Salut per signar els documents relatius a la donació que siguin pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
