El 17 de febrer de 2020, la Fundació d'Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears (IdISBa) va presentar a la Subdirecció de Pressuposts i Control de la Despesa del Servei de Salut la documentació relativa a la donació al Servei de Salut consistent en un ordinador portàtil i un congelador, per un import de 14.274, 23 €, destinada al Servei de Microbiologia de l'Hospital Universitari Son Espases. La documentació aportada és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El 19 de febrer de 2020, el subdirector de Pressuposts i Control de la Despesa del Servei de Salut va emetre un informe favorable a la donació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, el Consell de Direcció del Servei de Salut adopta el següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acord&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. Autoritzar l'acceptació de la donació al Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears d'un ordinador portàtil i un congelador –70 ºC, per l'import de 14.274,23 €, destinada al Servei de Microbiologia de l'Hospital Universitari Son Espases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Determinar que acceptar la donació no significa cap despesa per a l'Hospital ni per al Servei de Salut, ni implica assumir cap obligació amb el donant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Facultar el director general del Servei de Salut per signar els documents relatius a la donació que siguin pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Publicar aquest acord en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, de conformitat amb l'article 41 de la Llei 6/2001, d'11 d'abril, del patrimoni de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
