&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Mitjançant l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 9 de març de 2018 (BOIB núm. 31, de 10 de març) es va aprovar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2018-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El caràcter estimatiu de les quanties que es preveuen al Pla Estratègic i el temps transcorregut des que es varen aprovar, fa necessari ajustar les previsions contingudes a l'annex, pel que fa a la modificació de diverses línies de subvencions gestionades per la Direcció General d'Atenció a la Dependència, la Direcció General de Planificació i Serveis Socials de la Conselleria d'Afers Socials i Esports. Així, es proposa la modificació de les subvencions 1, 2 i 8 incloses dins l'Objectiu IV, Convivència i Institucions Sòlides, línia 3, Programes d'integració i inclusió socials&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;; la 1 de l'objectiu I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;V, línia 1 Participació institucional; i la 9 de l'objectiu III, Lluita contra les Desigualtats, línia 1, lluita contra la pobresa.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Concretament, respecta de les línies IV.3.1, IV.3.2, IV.3.8, i IV.1.1 s'amplien les anualitats pressupostàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; d'aquestes línies als anys 2020, 2021 i 2022 i s'adapten a la nova nomenclatura i competències de la direcció general afectada; respecta de la &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Línia III.2.10. es canvia la seva ubicació atès que dels objectius d'aquesta línia se'n deriva la seva inclusió a una altra línia&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. En l'apartat 3 de l'Acord de Consell de Govern esmentat es delega l'aprovació i les eventuals modificacions de l'annex al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions en la persona titular de la conselleria competent en matèria d'hisenda, d'acord amb l'article 25 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Correspon, per tant, a la persona titular de la Conselleria d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors l'aprovació i/o modificació de l'annex al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. L'article 25 de la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:blue"&gt;&lt;u&gt; &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El Decret 9/2019, de 2 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es determina la composició del Govern i s'estableix l'estructura de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. El Decret 10/2019, de 2 de juliol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es&amp;nbsp; disposa el nomenament dels membres del Govern de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;, mitjançant el qual es nomena la senyora Rosario Sánchez Grau, consellera d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Objectius i efectes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;finançar les despeses derivades de la gestió d'ajudes econòmiques per pal·liar la pobresa energètica de persones en situació de vulnerabilitat, prevista per la Llei 4/2009, d'11 de juny, de serveis socials de les Illes Balears, per tal de garantir la continuació del subministrament elèctric a aquestes llars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
