    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mitjançant Acord del Ple de la Corporació, reunit en sessió ordinària de data 6 de febrer de 2.020, l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia va aprovar, en el punt vuitè de l'ordre del dia, la modificació núm. 01/2020, de la relació de llocs de feina de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La part dispositiva de l'esmentat acord plenari és la que literalment a continuació es transcriu: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ACORDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PRIMER.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Es modifica l'estructura de les dades de la relació de llocs de treball per adaptar-les a la normativa i a la futura implantació de l'aplicació SIRHAM. Es substitueix la Relació de Llocs de Treball de 29 de juliol de 2.016 per la versió consolidada i actualitzada de la Relació de Llocs de Treball arrel de la present modificació 01/2020 que figura a &lt;strong&gt;l'Annex III &lt;/strong&gt;de la present proposta. Es mantenen només&amp;nbsp; de la relació de 29 de juliol de 2.016 les fitxes, amb caràcter complementari a la nova versió consolidada i actualitzada de la RLT en tot allò que no s'hi oposin o la contradiguin. Més endavant es procedirà a l'adaptació de la codificació dels llocs des del sistema actual, basat en el catàleg de llocs de treball municipal de 2.001, al sistema de codificació seguit pel SIRHAM, així com altres adaptacions complementàries que resultin necessàries per a dita implantació. Les actualitzacions i modificacions realitzades figuren en la nova proposta de relació de llocs de treball que s'adjunten, en formats .xls i .pdf com &lt;strong&gt;Annex III (RLT versió consolidada modificació 01/2020).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;SEGON.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Es procedeix a actualitzar l'organigrama inclòs a la Relació de Llocs de Treball aprovada el 29 de juliol de 2.016, degut a la nova estructura municipal, segons resulta de les resolucions de Batlia núm. 1122/2019, de data 12 de juliol de 2.019, per la que es va aprovar la nova estructura municipal; de la resolució de batlia núm. 1026/2019, de 8 de juliol per la que es nomena als tinents de batlessa i als membres de la nova Junta de Govern Local; i de les resolucions de batlia núm.&amp;nbsp; 1146, 1147, 1149, 1150 i 1155/2019, totes elles de 17 de juliol de 2.019, per la que s'efectuen les delegacions genèriques d'atribucions per la batlia en les/els tinentes/ts de batlessa, culminant la nova organització i estructura municipal. D'acord amb la nova estructura actualitzada de la RLT s'inclou també l'organigrama dins el mateix arxiu de la RLT que s'adjunta com &lt;strong&gt;Annex III (RLT versió consolidada modificació 01/2020),&lt;/strong&gt; en formats .xls i .pdf.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;TERCER.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;En compliment dels acords plenaris adoptats en la sessió de data 21 de novembre de 2.019, es procedeix a la integració o subrogació en la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, segons procedeixi en cada cas, dels llocs de feina del personal laboral dels organismes autònoms dissolts per dits acords plenaris (Fundació Escola Municipal de Música d'Alcúdia, Patronat Municipal d'Esports d'Alcúdia, Organisme Autònom Alcúdia Ràdio) segons es tracti, respectivament de personal fix que hagi accedit al seu lloc de treball mitjançant un procediment regit pels principis de mèrit, capacitat i transparència (que quedaran subjectes a un règim d'integració), o personal fix que no compleixi amb aquesta condició o personal temporal (ja sigui de caire indefinit o adiat) que es subjectaran a un règim de subrogació. Es mantenen a la RLT de l'Ajuntament les categories professionals, nivells retributius, condicions de treball, antiguitat i qualsevol altres aspecte referent al règim jurídic; això és, mantenint el seu actual règim jurídic. Es modifica la Relació de Llocs de Treball, substituïnt tota referència de l'organisme autònom per l'Ajuntament i amb la indicació de què la unitat i dependència orgànica passarà a ser en el cas de l'Escola de Música i d'Alcúdia Ràdio a l'àrea d'Educació, Cultura i Fires, i en el cas del Patronat d'Esports, l'àrea d'Esports. Tot això tal com figura a la versió actualitzada i consolidada de la RLT d'acord amb la modificació 01/2020 que s'adjunta a la present com &lt;strong&gt;Annex III.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les actualitzacions i modificacions amb els nous llocs creats figuren en la versió actualitzada i consolidada de la RLT d'acord amb la modificació 01/2020 que s'adjunta a la present com &lt;strong&gt;Annex III.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El detall i contingut dels llocs que es creen és el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Es crea un lloc d'Enginyer de l'Edificació (adscrit a l'Àrea d'Urbanisme), a la relació de llocs de treballs (RLT), assignant-li les següents funcions i característiques:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.- Informes d'ús d'activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.- Informes per a certificats urbanístics i consultes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.- Suport a l'àrea de planejament, realitzant informes, consultes, correccions, inspeccions, etc..., pel desenvolupament del planejament &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; urbanístic del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.- Suport en general als serveis jurídics i tècnics de l'àrea d'urbanisme, informes, consultes, inspeccions, etc...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.- Suport en general al membres de la corporació, informes, consultes, etc...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.- Inspeccions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.- Recerca d'antecedents d'expedients d'obra. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.- Atenció al públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
