&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Mitjançant l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 9 de març de 2018 (BOIB núm. 31, de 10 de març) es va aprovar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2018-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El caràcter estimatiu de les quanties que es preveuen al Pla Estratègic i el temps transcorregut des que es varen aprovar, fa necessari ajustar les previsions contingudes a l'annex, pel que fa a la modificació de set línies i la introducció de dues noves línies d'ajuts que ha de gestionar l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics (IEB) adscrit a la Conselleria de Presidència, Cultura i Igualtat. Així, es proposa dues noves línies de subvenció dins l'Objectiu IV, &lt;strong&gt;Convivència i institucions sòlides&lt;/strong&gt;, IV.2 Projecció cultural exterior, que tenen com a finalitat, la IV.2.11 la convocatòria d'ajuts per donar suport a determinades activitats per a la projecció exterior desenvolupades durant l'any 2019, i la IV.2.12 destinada a ajuts per donar suport a la circulació de grups de música i companyies d'arts escèniques dins les Illes Balears en espais de programació de titularitat privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Amb aquesta convocatòria es donaria compliment a les funcions i competències essencials de l'IEB, d'acord amb el Decret 48/2018, de 21 de desembre, mitjançant el qual es varen aprovar els estatuts de l'IEB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Per altra banda, es proposa la modificació de set línies per tal d'adaptar-les a la realitat de la seva gestió i a les disponibilitats pressupostàries de l'IEB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. En l'apartat 3 de l'Acord de Consell de Govern esmentat es delega l'aprovació i les eventuals modificacions de l'annex al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions en la persona titular de la conselleria competent en matèria d'hisenda, d'acord amb l'article 25 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Correspon, per tant, a la persona titular de la Conselleria d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors l'aprovació i/o modificació de l'annex al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. L'article 25 de la&lt;span style="color:blue"&gt;&lt;u&gt; &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El Decret 9/2019, de 2 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es determina la composició del Govern i s'estableix l'estructura de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. El Decret 10/2019, de 2 de juliol&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es&amp;nbsp; disposa el nomenament dels membres del Govern de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;, mitjançant el qual es nomena la senyora Rosario Sánchez Grau, consellera d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objectius i efectes: &lt;/strong&gt;contribuir a l'organització i la producció de fires, festivals i jornades de formació en l'àmbit de la música, la literatura i el pensament, el còmic i la il·lustració, les arts escèniques, les arts visuals i les arts audiovisuals, digitals i interactives, sempre que fomentin la promoció exterior dels autors, els creadors i els artistes de les nostres illes i es facin a territori balear&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cost: &lt;/strong&gt;500.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
