    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En data 22 de febrer de 2020, en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 23, es publicà l'Acord del &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Consell de Govern de 21 de febrer de 2020 pel qual s'aprova la previsió de les prestacions i els serveis&lt;/span&gt; que s'han de concertar durant l'any 2020 i es declaren els serveis d'interès econòmic &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;general. Una vegada publicat l'Acord, s'han advertit una sèrie d'errades que, per seguretat jurídica, convé esmenar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Segons l'article 56.1 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, la revocació dels actes de gravamen o desfavorables i la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l'òrgan que ha dictat l'acte o la disposició. L'article 56.2 de la Llei 3/2003 estableix que la rectificació d'errors s'ha de notificar o publicar preceptivament quan es refereixi a actes que han estat notificats o publicats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, el Consell de Govern, a proposta de la consellera d'Afers Socials i Esports, en la sessió de 28 de febrer de 2020 adoptà, entre d'altres, l'Acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;. Rectificar, en l'Acord &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;del Consell de Govern de 21 de febrer de 2020 pel qual s'aprova la previsió de les prestacions i els serveis que s'han&lt;/span&gt; de concertar durant l'any 2020 i es declaren els serveis d'interès econòmic &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;general, les errades materials següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;On hi diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tercer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Designar el director general de Planificació, Equipaments i Formació, el director general d'Atenció a la Dependència i la directora general d'Infància, Joventut i Famílies, de la Conselleria d'Afers Socials i Esports, cada un dins el seu àmbit funcional, òrgans instructors dels procediments de concertació dels serveis socials que es detallen en aquest Acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Hi ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tercer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Designar el director general de Planificació, Equipaments i Formació, el director general d'Atenció a la Dependència, la directora general de Serveis Socials i la directora general d'Infància, Joventut i Famílies, de la Conselleria d'Afers Socials i Esports, cada un dins el seu àmbit funcional, òrgans instructors dels procediments de concertació dels serveis socials que es detallen en aquest Acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
