&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procediment:&lt;/strong&gt; Modificació de crèdit (Expdt. 01/20) de suplements de crèdit finançats amb càrrec al Fons de Contingència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En compliment d'allò disposat en l'article 169.1, per remissió del 177.2 del RD Leg. 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, en no haver-se presentat al·legacions durant el termini d'exposició al públic, queda automàticament elevat a definitiu l'acord plenari d'aprovació inicial &amp;nbsp;adoptat el dia 30 de gener de 2020, sobre&amp;nbsp; l'expedient de modificació de crèdits núm. 01/2020, de suplements de crèdit, finançat amb càrrec al Fons de Contingència, que es fa públic resumit per capítols: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A més, queda acreditat el compliment dels requisits que estableix l'article 37.2, apartats a) i b), del Capítol I del Títol VI de la Llei 39/1988, de 28 de desembre, Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, en matèria de pressupostos, desenvolupat per Reial decret 500/1990, de 20 d'abril, que són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) El caràcter específic i determinat de la despesa a realitzar i la impossibilitat de demorar-ho a exercicis posteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) La insuficiència en l'estat de despeses del Pressupost de crèdit destinat a aquesta finalitat específica, que haurà de verificar-se en el nivell en què estigui establerta la vinculació jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra &amp;nbsp;aquest acord, en virtut d'allò disposat en l'art. 171 del RD Leg. 2/2004, de 5 de març, les persones&amp;nbsp; interessades podran interposar directament recurs contenciós-administratiu en la forma i terminis establerts en els articles 25 a 42 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de l'esmentada jurisdicció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sense perjudici d'això exposat, de conformitat amb allò establert en l'art. 171.3 del RD Leg. 2/2004, de 5 de març, la interposició d'aquest recurs no suspendrà per ella mateixa l'efectivitat de l'acte o acord impugnat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
