    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La batlessa-presidenta d'aquest Ajuntament en data d'avui, vint-i-cinc de febrer de dos mil vint, ha resolt literalment el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“Vist que en sessió ordinària de data 16 de desembre de 2019, el Ple d'aquest Ajuntament va aprovar inicialment el pressupost i la plantilla de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí per a l'exercici 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vist que es va exposar al públic sense que es presentàs cap reclamació ni suggeriment i que es va publicar el text íntegre en el BOIB núm. 11, de 25 de gener de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;I vist que s'ha detectat un error material de transcripció, e&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;n virtut de l'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, en el qual s'estableix que “&lt;em&gt;Les Administracions Públiques podran, així mateix, rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instàncies dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes&lt;/em&gt;”, es procedeix a rectificar aquest error.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPÒS&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;.- Rectificar el punt de la plantilla de personal del pressupost de l'exercici 2020 que seguidament es dirà i en la forma que s'indica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
