    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:14,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El punt 3 de l'apartat Vuitè de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 30&amp;nbsp;de gener de 2019, per la qual es convoquen ajudes destinades al pagament compensatori en zones de muntanya per a l'any 2019, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, i es farà d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la llei 39/2015, de l'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:14,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:0,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;El vicepresident&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;en Matèria Agrària del FOGAIBA&amp;nbsp;en data 20&amp;nbsp;de febrer&amp;nbsp;de 2020, va signar la següent resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:7,1000pt; margin-top:14,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.En data de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;febr&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;er de 201&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;9&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;es va publicar, en el BOIB núm. 1&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, la Resolució del President del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;de 30 de gener de 2019,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria per a l'any 201&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;9&amp;nbsp;de les ajudes destinades al pagament compensatori en zones de muntanya a les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè de l'esmentada Resolució, el termini de presentació de sol·licituds de la convocatòria va acabar el dia 1&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;0/0&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;/201&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;9&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, i varen tenir entrada en el Registre del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;em&gt;les Illes Balears un total de 2&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;em&gt;60&amp;nbsp;sol·licituds d'ajuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:7,1000pt; margin-top:14,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:7,1000pt; margin-top:14,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Una vegada avaluades les sol·licituds d'ajuda pels òrgans gestors, i d'acord amb els criteris d'elegibilitat establerts, l'interessat indicat a l'Annex I adjunt no compleix amb algun dels requisits previst a l'apartat Tercer de la convocatòria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:7,1000pt; margin-top:14,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. En data 28&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;gener&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;de 20&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;20&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;es notifica, mitjançant publicació a la pàgina web &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;http://www.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;, l'informe desfavorable i la proposta provisional de denegació de l'ajuda, emesa pel Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural als interessats, concedint-los un termini de 10 dies per presentar les al·legacions escaients.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:7,1000pt; margin-top:14,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;6. Dins el termini establert, els interessats indicats a l'Annex I adjunt no han presentat al·legacions, o han presentat al·legacions que es desestimen.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
