Per mitjà de la Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 16 de juliol de 2018 (BOIB núm. 89/2018, de 19 de juliol) es va convocar un concurs de trasllats voluntari per proveir places bàsiques vacants de diverses categories de personal estatutari dependents del Servei de Salut, entre les quals està la de metge/metgessa d'urgències hospitalàries.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2. Una vegada finalitzat el termini per presentar sol·licituds, de conformitat amb la base 5.1 de la convocatòria, l'autoritat convocant ha de dictar una resolució per aprovar les llistes provisionals de persones aspirants admeses i excloses en el concurs de trasllats.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Per tot això, dict la següent</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Resolució</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">1. Aprovar les llistes provisionals de les persones aspirants admeses i excloses en el concurs de trasllats voluntari al que es refereix el punt 1 de l'apartat “Fets i fonaments de dret”.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2. Comunicar que, d'acord amb el punt 5.2. de la convocatòria, les persones aspirants excloses i les que no figurin en les llistes disposen d'un termini de 15 dies naturals comptadors des de la publicació d'aquesta resolució per presentar reclamacions i per esmenar els defectes apreciats.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3. Advertir que no es considerarà com a una esmena el fet d'aportar nova documentació que no s'hagi presentat dins del termini que estableix la base 3.6. d'aquest concurs.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">4.
