&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar l'establiment del preu públic de les entrades al recinte, de les activitats i de la participació com a expositor d'Arrels, Fira del Producte Local i la Cuina de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;Assenyalar que tenen l'obligació de pagar aquest preu públic les persones que accedeixin al recinte com a visitant i com a productor participant, i no es permetrà l'entrada sense acreditar-ne el pagament corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. &lt;/strong&gt;En el supòsit de falta de pagament d'aquest preu públic, el seu import podrà exigir-se pel procediment de constrenyiment, i els actes que se'n derivin s'adaptaran al que preveu el Reglament general de recaptació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. &lt;/strong&gt;El Consell Insular abonarà als expositors de la fira l'equivalent al 70 % de l'import de la venda dels tiquets de tast venuts; és a dir 0,58 €/unitat més 21 % IVA (0,12 €/u).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
