    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Batle-President de l'Ajuntament d'Estellencs ha dictat Resolució de Batlia de data 17 de febrer de 2020, mitjançant el qual s'aprova la convocatòria d'un concurs de tramitació urgent d'una borsa de personal per a cobrirtransitòriament un lloc de feina de Policia Local, les Bases del qual es fan públiques i es transcriuen acontinuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES ESPECÍFIQUES QUE REGIRAN LA CONVOCATÒRIA PER CONSTITUIR UNA BORSA DE TREBALL PER PROVEIR, AMB PERSONAL FUNCIONARI INTERÍ, NECESSITATS URGENTS EXISTENTS A LA POLICIA LOCAL DE L'AJUNTAMENT D'ESTELLENCS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERA&lt;/strong&gt;. Objecte, procediment de selecció i normativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La present convocatòria té per objecte la constitució d'una borsa de treball de personal funcionari interí&amp;nbsp; de la categoria de Policia Local, per a cobrir necessitats urgents en el Ajuntament d'Estellencs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. La selecció de les persones aspirants s'efectuarà mitjançant concurs de tramitació urgent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. S'aplicaran a aquestes proves selectives: La Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears; modificada per la Llei 11/2017, de 20 de desembre; el Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic (TREBEP); la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma Balear; el Decret Balear 28/2015, de 30 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, en tot el que no sigui contrari o incompatible amb la Llei 4/2013 modificada perla Llei 11/2017; i la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (LPACAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Els nomenaments com a personal funcionari interí que s'efectuïn a favor de les persones aspirants a formar part de la present borsa, han de ser conformes amb l'article 41.2 de la Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears; modificada perla Llei 11/2017, de 20 de desembre; així com a l'article 10.1 b (substitució transitòria de titulars) de l'TREBEP. De la mateixa manera, es podran dur a terme nomenaments per a la cobertura temporal de places vacants, regulada a l'article 10.1 apartat a) del mateix TREBEP, sempre que no sigui possible la seva provisió amb personal funcionari de carrera, condició que estableix la Llei 11 / 2017, de 20 de desembre, de modificació de la Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies Iocals de les Illes Balears, en el seu article trenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGONA.&lt;/strong&gt; Requisits i condicions de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per a participar en la present convocatòria, les persones interessades han de complir, en la data d'expiració del termini assenyalat pera la presentació de sol·licituds, els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Tenir 18 anys complerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Estar en possessió, o en condicions d'obtenir-lo en la data en que finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, del títol acadèmic exigit en l'article 76 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pelqual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic: Títol de Batxiller o Tècnic deformació professional o títols equivalents a efectes laborals, segons el que preveu la normativa d'educació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Als efectes laborals, segons l'article 4.3 de l'ordre EDU / 1603/2009, serà vàlida la superació de la provad'accés a la universitat pera majors de vint anys, sempre que s'acrediti algun dels requisits següents: estar enpossessió del títol de Graduat en Educació Secundaria Obligatòria o equivalent a efectes acadèmics o aefectes professionals, o bé haver superat almenys 15 crèdits ECTS dels estudis universitaris, (DASª del'Ordre EDU / 1603/2009 modificada per l'Ordre EDU / 520/2011).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Estar en possessió del diploma d'aptitud del curs bàsic de formació pera la categoria de policia local,expedit per l'EBAP i amb total validesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. &lt;/em&gt;No patir malaltia ni defecte físic o psíquic, descrits en l'annex &lt;em&gt;5 &lt;/em&gt;(quadre de exclusions mediques) delDecret Balear 28/2015, de 30 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació de les policieslocals de les llles Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. No haver estat separat mitjançantexpedient disciplinari del servei de l'Administració Pública, ni estarinhabilitat absoluta o especialment per a les places ara convocades o per a càrrecspúblics en general perresolució judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. No tenir antecedents penals per delictes dolosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8. Compromís de portar armes i, si cal, d'usar-les.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9. Estar en possessió dels permisos de conduir de les classes A2 i B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10. No estar sotmès a cap causa d'incapacitat específica d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11. Acreditar els coneixements de la llengua catalana del nivell B2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;12. Abans de prendre possessió de la plaça,la persona interessada haurà de fer constar, mitjançantdeclaracióresponsable, que no ocupa cap lloc de treball ni porta a terme cap activitat en el sector públic (delimitat enl'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984 , de &lt;em&gt;26 &lt;/em&gt;de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal de les administracionspúbliques), i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. Si realitza alguna activitat privada, inclosesles de caràcter professional, ho haurà de declarar en el terminimàxim de cincdies hàbils, a comptar des del diade la presa de possessió, per a què la Corporació acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat alrespecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERA.&lt;/strong&gt; Presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds per prendre part en el procés selectiu s'han d'ajustar al model normalitzat de sol·licitud(annexII) i es presentaran en el Registre General de l'Ajuntament. També podran presentar-se &amp;nbsp;mitjançantlesformes previstes en l'article 16.4 de la LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds seràde deudies hàbils des del diasegüent al de la publicació de la present convocatòria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Juntament ambla sol·licitud degudament emplenada, les persones aspirants han d'adjuntar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Copia del document nacional d'identitat en vigor i /o el resguard de la sol·licitud de renovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Copia del diploma d'aptitud del curs de formació bàsica, expedit per l'EBAP amb plena validesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Copia de la titulació exigida per participar en aquesta convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Declaració responsable de les persones aspirants conforme compleixen els requisits exigits a la basesegona de les presents bases, referits sempre a la data d'expiració del termini assenyalat per a la presentació desol·licituds. El fet de constar en el llistat d'admesos no implica el reconeixement que les persones aspirantscompleixin els requisits exigits per a participar en la present convocatòria. Les persones que superin elprocés selectiu, hauran de presentar la documentació acreditativa dels requisits generals que s'indiquen a labase segona, amb caràcterprevi al seu nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Certificat de nivell B2 de coneixements de català o superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aquesta acreditació es pot realitzar mitjançant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Certificat o document expedit per l'EBAP o per la Direcció General de Política Lingüísticadel Govern Balear o mitjançant qualsevol dels certificats o documents consideratsequivalents per l'Administració d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;t) La indicació d'una adreçaelectrònica i números de telèfons (fix i mòbil) a l'efecte de comunicacions ambl'Ajuntament d'Estellencs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g) La documentació acreditativa dels mèrits al·legats, en la forma establerta a la base cinquena de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h) Una relació dels mèrits aportats (segons model de l'annex III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUARTA.&lt;/strong&gt; Admissió de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, es publicarà en el termini màxim de cinchàbils, altauler d'edictes de l'Ajuntament i en el seu web, la Resolució per la qual s'aprova el llistat provisional depersones aspirants admeses i excloses, amb indicació del número de document nacional d'identitat. A lespersones aspirants excloses se'ls indicarà la causa de l'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les persones aspirants excloses o omeses disposaran d'un termini de tresdies hàbils a partir del dia següent alde la publicació indicada, per esmenar el defecte o adjuntar el document que sigui de preceptiva presentació,i se'ls advertirà que es considerarà no presentada la sol·licitud, si no es compleix el que exigeix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Un cop formalitzat el termini a que fa referencia el paràgraf anterior i esmenades, si fos el cas, les sol·licituds,l'Alcalde dictarà Resolució, en el termini màxim de cincdies hàbils, aprovant la llista definitiva de personesadmeses i excloses, amb indicació del nombre del document nacional d'identitat. Aquesta resolució es farà pública en els mateixos llocs indicats per a la resolució provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUENA.&lt;/strong&gt; Acreditació deis mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els mèrits de les persones candidates s'han d'acreditar mitjançantla presentació de l'original o copia de lasegüent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Curs de capacitació: certificat en vigor de l'EBAP d'haver superat el curs de capacitació de la categoria ala qual s'opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Serveis prestats: certificat expedit pels ajuntaments o administracions públiques corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Els mèrits s'acreditaran amb referencia a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISENA&lt;/strong&gt;.- Òrgan de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;l. L'òrgan encarregat de la selecció és la Comissió qualificadora. La composició de tal òrgan es determinarà per Resolució de l'Alcaldia de l'Ajuntament d'Estellencs, la que es publicarà, al Tauler municipal d'edictes i la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. L'òrgan de selecció serà col·legiat i la seva composició s'ajustarà als principis de imparcialitat iprofessionalitat dels seus membres, respectant en el possible una paritat entre sexes. La seva composició serà predominantment tècnica i els membres hauran d'estar en possessió de titulació o especialització igual osuperior a l'exigida per a l'accés a les places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. El personal d'elecció o designació política, els funcionaris interins i el personal eventual no podran formarpart de l'òrgan de selecció. Tampoc no poden formar part del mateix els representants dels empleats públics,sense perjudici de les funcions de vigilància del bon desenvolupament del procediment selectiu. Elsrepresentants sindicals que participin en el procediment selectiu, amb aquestes funcions de vigilància, hand'acreditar-ho, com màxim, pot assistir un per cada sindicat amb un màxim de quatre en cada procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. La pertinençaa l'òrgan de selecció serà sempre a títol individual no podrà ostentar aquesta representació oper compte de ningú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. L'òrgan qualificador estaràconstituït per cinc membres, i pel mateix nombre de suplents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) President /a: designat /a per l'Ajuntament convocant, mitjançant sorteig entre personal funcionari decarrera que compleixi les condicions recollides en els apartats 2 a 4 de la present base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Vocals: un membre vocal proposat perla Direcció General del Govern Balear competent en matèria decoordinació de policies locals, un altre proposat per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública i un designat perl'Ajuntament convocant mitjançantsorteig entre personal funcionari de carrera, que compleixi les condicionsrecollides en els apartats 2 a 4 de la present base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Secretari /ària: designat per l'Ajuntament convocant amb veu i vot, mitjançant sorteig entre funcionaris decarrera que compleixi les condicions recollides en els apartats 2 a 4 de la present base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. L'òrgan seleccionador podrà acordar la incorporació a les feines de qualificació dels mèrits, de personalassessor o especialista, que poden actuar amb veu però sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. L'òrgan de selecció no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seusmembres, titulars o suplents indistintament, ni sense president / a ni secretari &lt;em&gt;I &lt;/em&gt;a, i els seus decisionss'adoptaran per majoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8. Els membres de l'òrgan seleccionador poden ser nomenats indistintament d'entre els funcionaris de laCorporació convocant o entre funcionaris al servei de la resta de les administracions públiques amb ubicacióa Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9. Els membres de l'òrgan de selecció hauran d'abstenir-se d'intervenir, i comunicar-ho a l'autoritatconvocant, quan concorri alguna de les circumstàncies que preveu l'article 23.2 de la Llei de Règim Jurídicdel Sector Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10. Les decisions adoptades per l'òrgan de selecció es poden recórrer en les condicions que estableix l'article112.1 de la LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11. Són funcions de l'òrgan qualificador:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Valorar els mèrits al·legats i acreditats pels aspirants, en la forma establerta en les presents bases (Annex I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Requerir, si fos el cas, als aspirants que hagin acreditat mèrits amb defectes formals, per a la seva esmena;o també per aclariments pel que fa a algun o alguns dels mèrits acreditats en temps i forma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Confeccionar una llista, amb les persones que formin part de la borsa de personal interí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Resoldre les reclamacions presentades pels aspirants en el termini establert i en la deguda forma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Interpretar i resoldre els dubtes que puguin plantejar-se sobre l'aplicació de les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f) Elevar al Batle la llista amb la composició definitiva de la borsa de personal interí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g) Expedir si fos el cas, a petició dels aspirants, els corresponents justificants d'assistència ales oficinesmunicipals per a gestions relacionades amb el concurs ara convocat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETENA.&lt;/strong&gt; Concurs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;l. Un cop conclosa la valoració dels mèrits (d'acord amb el barem establert en l'Annex I), l'òrgan qualificador publicarà al Tauler d'edictes de l'ajuntament i en el seu web, un llistat de les puntuacionsobtingudes pels aspirants amb indicació del document nacional d'identitat. Aquesta llista es publicarà perordre de major a menor puntuació total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Els aspirants disposen d'un termini de tres dies hàbils, a partir del dia següent al de la publicació del llistatque s'indica en l'apartat anterior, per poder al·legar els defectes pertinents sobre la valoració provisional dels mèrits del concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VUITENA&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicació de la borsa definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. L'òrgan de selecció elaborarà un llistat definitiu amb totes les persones aspirants que formin part de laborsa d'interinitat, per ordre de la puntuació obtinguda, que serà elevat al Batleper a què dicti la Resoluciócorresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. La borsa es publicarà al Tauler municipal d'edictes i al web de l'Ajuntament, ambindicació de totes les persones integrants, l'ordre de prelació i la puntuació obtinguda per cadascuna elles,assenyalant el seu document nacional d'identitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. La durada màxima de vigència de la borsa esmentada és de dos anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENA&lt;/strong&gt;. Adjudicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Quan es doni algun dels supòsits previstos en la normativa per al nomenament d'un funcionari interí, s'haurà d'oferir el lloc a les persones de la borsa que estiguin en la situació de disponible, d'acord ambl'ordre de prelació de les mateixes, sempre que compleixin en aquest moment els requisits que exigeix laRelació de Llocs de Treball de l'Ajuntament per ocupar-lo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. S'ha de comunicar a la persona aspirant que correspongui, el lloc i el termini en els quals s'ha de presentara treballar. La persona interessada ha de manifestar la seva conformitat en el termini d'un dia hàbil o en elsegon dia hàbil següent si la crida es realitza un divendres i la seva disposició a incorporar-se en el terminiindicat pel Servei de Personal de l'Ajuntament. Aquest termini ha de ser, com a mínim, de dos dies hàbils i,com a màxim, de cincdies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DESENA.&lt;/strong&gt; Renúncia i motius d'exclusió de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Si la persona interessada no manifesta la seva conformitat amb la proposta de nomenament en el termini d'un dia hàbil o en el segon dia hàbil següent, si la crida es realitza un divendres així com la sevadisposició a incorporar-se en el termini indicat pel Servei de Personal de Ajuntament, s'entén que renuncia aocupar el lloc de treball que se li ha ofert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Als aspirants que renunciïn de forma expressa o tàcita, se'ls exclourà de la borsa de treball, llevat queal·leguin, en el termini establert per manifestar la seva conformitat, la concurrència d'alguna de lescircumstàncies següents, que s'han de justificar documentalment en els dos dies següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Estar en període d'embaràs, de maternitat o paternitat, adopció o acolliment permanent o pre-adoptiu, elque inclou el període en el qual sigui procedent la concessió de excedència per a la cura de fills i filles perqualsevol dels supòsits anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Prestar servei com a funcionari de carrera o interí de Policia Local en un altre municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Patir malaltia o incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ONZENA.&lt;/strong&gt; Reincorporació a la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Les persones interessades estan obligades a comunicar per escrit a l'Ajuntament la finalització de lessituacions previstes en el punt 2 de la base desena, en un termini no superior a &lt;em&gt;cinc&lt;/em&gt;dies hàbils, amb lajustificació corresponent. D'aquesta manera s'incorporaran a la borsa de treball en la situació de disponibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La manca de comunicació en el termini establert determina l'exclusió de la borsa indicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El personal funcionari interí que cessi en el lloc de treball, llevat que sigui com conseqüència de renúncia voluntària, s'incorporaràautomàticament a la borsa que formi part en el lloc que li correspongui, d'acordamb la puntuació obtinguda en el moment en que es formal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DOTZENA.&lt;/strong&gt; Situació dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Estan en la situació de no disponible les persones integrants de la borsa de treball que no hagin acceptat el lloc ofert per trobar-se en alguna de les situacions previstes en el punt 2 de la base desena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Mentre la persona es trobi en la situació de no disponible en la borsa d'interins, no se li oferirà cap lloc detreball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Estan en situació de disponibles la resta de persones integrants de la borsa de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TRETZENA.&lt;/strong&gt; Comunicacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Les comunicacions entre l'ajuntament convocant i les persones aspirants es duran a terme mitjançant elsnúmeros de telèfonsi adreces de correu electrònic aportats juntament amb la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. A l'efecte corresponents, l'Ajuntament convocant confeccionarà un registre de comunicacions sobrel'adjudicació, renúncia, reincorporació i exclusió dels aspirants que formin part de la borsa definitiva. Tot elque indica, sens perjudici de conservar físicament els documents que acreditin tota comunicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Aquest registre deu necessitar: l'emissor, el destinatari, l'assumpte, el mitja de comunicació, la data i elresultat de cada comunicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Les respostes i comunicacions dels aspirants que formin part de la borsa definitiva i que vagin dirigides a l'ajuntament convocant, quedaran registrades d'acord amb el indicat en el punt 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CATORZENA&lt;/strong&gt;. Règim jurídic i impugnacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tots els actes de la present convocatòria que siguin sotmesos a informació pública s'han de publicar alTauler municipal d'edictes ia la web municipal (www.ajestellencs.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el no previst en les presents bases s'ha d'aplicar la normativa reguladora de funció pública definida enl'article 190 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra les resolucions aprovatòries de la convocatòria i de les presents bases, que posen fi a la viaadministrativa, les persones interessades poden interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició, en el terminid'un mes, davant del mateix òrgan que les hagi aprovat (Ajuntament) , d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 delaLPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En cas de no interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició, es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciósadministratiu, segons els articles anteriorment indicats i segons el 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 dejuliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, enel termini de dos mesos, a partir de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB de l'anunci de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANNEX l. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​BAREM DE MÈRITS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'òrgan de selecció avaluarà els mèrits que les persones aspirants al·leguin i que justifiquin correctament,d'acord amb el barem següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Valoració del curs de capacitació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Valoració del curs de capacitació de la mateixa categoria a la qual s'accedeix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Només es valoren els cursos expedits o homologats per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP) queestiguin en vigor. La valoració de la nota final obtinguda en el curs bàsic de capacitació de policia és elresultat de multiplicar la nota per un coeficient de 0,8 fins a un màxim de 8 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Valoració dels serveis prestats.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 42 punts, d'acord amb els següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Per cada mes complet de serveis prestats i reconeguts com a policia local o turístic en les Illes Balears: 0,5punts per mes, fins a un màxim de 32 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Per cada mes complet de serveis prestats i reconeguts en altres categories, en Cossos o forces de seguretatestatals, en policies locals d'altres Comunitats Autònomes, en policies autonòmiques o en l'exèrcitprofessional: 0,3 punts per mes, fins a un màxim de 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Formació relacionada amb l'àrea professional&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.1.1 Accions formatives relacionades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 4.5 punts. Es valoren, per a cada lloc de treball, les accions formatives sempre que estiguin directament relacionades amb les funcions pròpies del lloc a què s'accedeix. En concret, només es valoren els cursos referits a les àrees professionals de policia, seguretat, emergències, salvament, ciències forenses, criminologia, violència de gènere i formació sanitària relacionada amb la professió de policia local d'acord amb els criteris que s'indiquen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Per cada certificat d'aprofitament: 0,005 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Per cada certificat d'assistència: 0,0025 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Per cada certificat d'impartició de cursos d'accions formatives relacionades amb les funcions pròpies del lloc al qual s'accedeixi: 0,0075 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Pel que fa als cursos o activitats expressades en crèdits, s'entén que cada crèdit equival a 10 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No es valoren els certificats que no indiquin el nombre d'hores o crèdits, el contingut de la formació o que tinguin un contingut indefinit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No s'ha de valorar la formació que constitueix una part dels cursos de capacitació per accedir a qualsevol categoria de les forces o cossos de seguretat i la formació repetida, llevat que s'hagi fet un canvi substancial en el contingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.1.2 Formació universitàr&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ia no oficial relacionada amb les funcions del lloc de treball convocat &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 2,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Títol propi de graduat en seguretat i ciències policials de la Universitat de les Illes Balears: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Títols propis de graduat universitari, relacionats amb les àrees de policia, seguretat, emergències, salvament, ciències forenses, criminologia, violència de gènere i formació sanitària, amb càrrega lectiva de, com a mínim, 180 crèdits ECTS: 0,75 punts per títol, fins a un màxim d'1,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Màsters, experts i diplomes universitaris relacionats amb les àrees de policia, seguretat, emergències, salvament, ciències forenses, criminologia, violència de gènere i formació sanitària: 0,1 punts per crèdit ECTS, fins a un màxim d'1 punt. Els títols amb càrrega lectiva inferior a 30 crèdits ECTS no es valoren en aquest apartat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.2 Formació no relacionada amb l'àrea professional.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 2 punts. S'han de valorar, per a cada lloc de treball, les accions formatives que, encara que no estiguin directament relacionades amb les funcions pròpies del lloc al qual s'accedeix, es consideren d'interès general. En concret, només s'han de valorar per a totes les categories els cursos que estiguin relacionats amb les àrees temàtiques de la formació contínua de l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Per cada certificat d'aprofitament: 0,005 punts per hora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Per cada certificat d'assistència: 0,0025 punts per hora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- Valoració dels coneixements orals i escrits de llengua catalana.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es valoren els certificats expedits per l'EBAP, expedits o homologats per l'òrgan competent de la Conselleria d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats, o reconeguts d'acord amb la normativa autonòmica vigent fins a una puntuació màxima d'1 punts d'acord amb els següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Certificat C1 (abans nivell C) o equivalent: 0,60 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Certificat C2 (abans D) o equivalent: 0,80 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu LA (abans E): 0,20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
