    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, en sessió realitzada el dia 17.02.2020, va aprovar la contractació de l'arrendament d'un local per acollir les dependències de l'Oficina d'informació turística municipal, així com les bases o plec de condicions que regiran el procediment per a l'adjudicació d'aquest contracte; per això, de conformitat amb el que disposa l'acord aprovat, s'anuncia aquesta convocatòria, d'acord amb les condicions que a continuació, i de forma resumida, es detallen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Arrendament.&lt;/strong&gt; La renda serà d'un import mensual MÀXIM de 13,75 euros/m2 de la superfície del local, 1.650 euros per a la superfície mínima que s'indica a la clàusula setena (IVA exclòs), import de l'IVA 346,50 €, el que suposa un import &lt;strong&gt;anual&lt;/strong&gt; de 19.800 €, més IVA (import de l'IVA: 4.158 €). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'import total estimat del contracte, 2 anys més dos de pròrroga, ascendeix a la quantitat de 79.200 € + IVA (import de l'IVA: 16.632 €)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La forma de pagament serà a mesos anticipats, prèvia presentació del rebut de la mensualitat per part de l'arrendador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
