    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;D'acord amb la Llei 13/2012, de 20 de novembre, de mesures urgents per a l'activació econòmica en matèria d'indústria i energia, noves tecnologies, residus, aigües, altres activitats i mesures tributàries, se sotmet a informació pública la petició de Enel Green Power SL, per donar compliment al procediment previst per a la declaració d'utilitat pública del projecte, les característiques principals del qual s'indiquen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Expedient: RE 019/19 Parc fotovoltaic Na Lloreta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Situació: polígon 4 parcel·la 398 i PL SUP AS-34 1, en el terme municipal d'Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dades tècniques: parc fotovoltaic amb una ocupació de 62.826,72 m² constituït per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— 13.500 panells solars de 370 Wp de potència unitària; per tant, la potència instal·lada total és de 4.995 kWp.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— 25 inversors de 185 kW cada un, 2 centres de transformació dobles, un centre de transformació simple i CMM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Línies d'evacuació de 15 kV soterrades i connexió en una cel·la existent de la subestació Lloreta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La qual cosa es fa pública perquè el projecte del parc solar fotovoltaic i l'estudi d'impacte ambiental de la instal·lació assenyalada es puguin examinar a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— La Direcció General d'Energia i Canvi Climàtic, al carrer del Gremi de Corredors, 10, 1r pis (polígon de Son Rossinyol), 07009, Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;I s'hi puguin formular, al mateix temps, les al·legacions que es considerin pertinents, en el termini de vint dies, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de publicar-se aquest anunci en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
