2020-02-06 3718 3719 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong>Fets i Fonaments de dret</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">1. Per mitjà de la Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 28 de maig de 2018 (BOIB núm. 67, de 31 de maig) es va convocar un concurs oposició per cobrir places vacants de diverses categories de facultatiu/facultativa especialista d'àrea, entre elles la d'obstetrícia i ginecologia. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">2. A través de la Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 20 de juliol de 2018 (BOIB núm. 101, de 16 d'agost) es va convocar un concurs oposició per cobrir places vacants de la categoria de facultatiu/facultativa especialista d'àrea d'obstetrícia i ginecologia en el sector sanitari Tramuntana.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">3. Amb la Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 3 de juny de 2019 (BOIB núm. 75, de 6 de juny) es varen aprovar les llistes provisionals de persones aspirants admeses i excloses d'aquest concurs oposició.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">4. Ha vençut el termini per presentar reclamacions o per esmenar els defectes detectats en les sol·licituds.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">5. De conformitat amb la base 4.3 de la convocatòria, una vegada vençut el termini per presentar al·legacions o per esmenar errors, el director general del Servei de Salut ha de dictar una resolució per aprovar les llistes definitives de persones candidates i de persones excloses.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">Per tot això dict la següent</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong>Resolució</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">1. Aprovar les llistes definitives de persones candidates i de persones excloses del concurs oposició per cobrir places vacants de la categoria de facultatiu/facultativa especialista d'àrea d'obstetrícia i ginecologia en el sector Tramuntana, convocat per mitjà de la Resolució a què es refereix el punt 2 de l'apartat «Fets i fonaments de dret». </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">2. Publicar aquesta resolució en el<em> Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em>, en la pàgina &nbsp;web del Servei de Salut (<em>www.ibsalut.es</em>) i en el tauler d'anuncis dels Serveis Centrals del Servei de Salut.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong>Interposició de recursos</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant l'òrgan que la dicta en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
