&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por recibida anterior comunicación, presentada por el Decanato de los Juzgados de Ibiza y Formentera, referente al Expediente Gubernativo General nº 31/2019 relativo a la admisión del PROYECTO DE IMPLEMENTACIÓN INTRAJUDICIAL DE SISTEMAS ALTERNATIVOS DE RESOLUCIÓN DE CONFLICTOS (ADR) EN EL JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA NÚMERO 4 DE IBIZA, Y CREACIÓN DE REGISTRO ADR EN LOS JUZGADOS DE IBIZA, PARA SU PUESTA EN MARCHA EN EL AÑO JUICIAL 2019-2020, se dispone lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I.&lt;/strong&gt; En fecha 30 de enero de 2020, por el Letrado de la Administración de Justicia Decano, Iltre. Sr. D. Carlos Bendito Guilarte, se ha realizado sorteo de letra, para establecer el orden alfabético en que se va a proceder a realizar las mediaciones, en el curso judicial 2019-2020, saliendo la letra: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Q”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II.&lt;/strong&gt; Se acuerda establecer la LISTA DEFINITIVA DE MEDIADORES, Y MEDIADORAS, PARA EL CURSO JUDICIAL 2019-2020, una vez resueltas las alegaciones presentadas frente a la lista provisional, siendo el resultado la lista definitiva que se detalla a continuación conforme orden de llamada, según el punto primero de este acuerd&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) A la Delegación del Colegio de Procuradores de Illes Balears en Ibiza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) A la Asociación para el Desarrollo de la Mediación en Ibiza (ADEMIB), al Instituto de Mediación de Islas Baleares (IMIB), y a cuantos otros Centros de Mediación y Mediadores, se vaya teniendo conocimiento en el Decanato, al Colegio oficial de Psicólogos de Islas Baleares, (COPIB), al Colegio de Trabajo Social de Islas Baleares, al Ilustre Colegio de Abogados y Procuradores con sede en Ibiza, sin perjuicio de la convocatoria pública para la inscripción en el listado o panel de mediadores que se acuerda mediante el presente, en los términos prevenidos en anterior apartado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;i) Demás que procedan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
