    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Consell d'Administració de l'Autoritat Portuària de Balears, en sessió celebrada en data 23 d'octubre de 2019, i en virtut del que es disposa en els articles 33.2 i 30.5 s) del Text Refós de la Llei de Ports de l'Estat i de la Marina Mercant, aprovat per Reial decret legislatiu 2/2011, de 5 de setembre, va adoptar entre altres l'acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;“Aprovar el nou text de les normes i regles d'aplicació de la tarifa d'aparcaments (Tarifa T.9.1.8), conforme a l'Annex adjunt, amb les modificacions que es proposen, que entrarà en vigor el primer dia del mes següent a la seva publicació. Aquest nou text substituirà als criteris vigents fins al moment, que queden sense efecte.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;NORMES I REGLES D'APLICACIÓ&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;T.9.1.8. APARCAMENTS.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;(Aprovada per Acord del Consell d'Administració de l'Autoritat Portuària de Balears de data 5 d'abril de 2017 (BOIB núm. 54, de 6 de maig de 2017).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les zones dels ports subjectes a aquestes tarifes seran les que així determini, degudament senyalitzades, la Direcció de l'Autoritat Portuària de Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;T.9.1.8.1 SERVEI D'ESTACIONAMENT REGULAT&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Les presents condicions només són aplicable als espais d'estacionament gestionats directament per l'Autoritat Portuària.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. El servei d'aparcament regulat comprèn la utilització dels espais, que a aquest efecte es determinin, per a l'estacionament de vehicles de tracció mecànica.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Ports d'aplicació: Palma, Alcúdia, Maó, Eivissa i la Savina&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Horaris:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Port de Palma&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Els horaris sotmesos a tarifa per regulació d'estacionament són els mateixos que estableixi l'Ajuntament de Palma per a les zones pròximes. En cas que no estigui regulat per l'Ajuntament, serien els següents:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;• De dilluns a divendres de 9.00 h. a 14.30 h. i de 16.30 h. a 20.00 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;• Dissabtes de 9.00 h. a 14.30 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fora d'aquest horari es pot estacionar gratuïtament.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Port de Maó&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D'1 de juny a 30 de setembre&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;• De dilluns a dissabte (siguin laborables o festius) de 9.00 a 14.00 i de 17.30 a 22.30 hores&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fora d'aquest horari es pot estacionar gratuïtament.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La resta de l'any s'aplica el mateix horari establert per l'Ajuntament de Maó.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ports d'Alcúdia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Els horaris sotmesos a tarifa per regulació d'estacionament serien els següents&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;• De dilluns a divendres de 9.00 h. a 14.30 h. i de 16.30 h. a 20.00 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;• Dissabtes de 9.00 h. a 14.30 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fora d'aquest horari es pot estacionar gratuïtament.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Eivissa i la Savina&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La regulació d'estacionament s'estableix durant les 24 hores del dia, sigui aquest laboral o festiu&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. El temps màxim d'estacionament en la mateixa plaça s'estableix, com a regla general, en dues (2) hores.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6. En els ports d'Eivissa i Alcúdia existeix la modalitat d'estacionament prolongat, per a aquells usuaris que acreditin la realització d'un viatge amb vaixell d'anada i volta des d'aquests ports. Per a això, s'habilitaran unes zones per a estacionament prolongat, on el vehicle pot romandre aparcat, fins a un màxim de set (7) dies, havent-se de disposar pel conductor, en un lloc del quadre de comandament visible des de fora del vehicle, el document acreditatiu (segellat per la companyia naviliera) de la data i hora de sortida i d'arribada previstes, juntament amb el justificant de pagament expedit per la màquina.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En cas de no exhibir-se el document acreditatiu, es considerarà que el vehicle no disposa d'autorització per a la utilització de l'estacionament.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7. A l'estacionament d'un vehicle en els espais senyalitzats durant l'horari tarifat se li aplicarà la tarifa corresponent pels minuts que vénen impresos en el tiquet.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;8. En les zones sense accés controlat per barrera, és imprescindible que el tiquet o element equivalent es deixi ben visible després del parabrisa, atès que, en cas contrari, es presumirà un estacionament indegut per impagament de la tarifa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9. Per la Direcció de l'Autoritat Portuària es podrà suspendre l'aplicació d'aquesta tarifa, en una zona o port, de manera generalitzada o en un determinat període.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;10. Queden exclosos de la limitació de temps i del pagament de la “tarifa d'estacionament tarifat”, i així mateix de l'obligació d'obtenir el tiquet els vehicles que es relacionen.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Relació de vehicles exempts:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;• Motocicletes i ciclomotors de dues rodes, i bicicletes, en estacionaments reservats a aquesta mena de vehicles&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;• Els vehicles estacionats en parcel·les expressament reservades per autoritzacions d'ocupació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;• Els vehicles auto-taxi, quan estiguin estacionats en parada autoritzada a aquest efecte o quan el seu estacionament derivi del servei que s'està prestant a l'usuari, sempre que el conductor estigui present.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;• Els vehicles destinats a l'assistència sanitària que pertanyin a la Seguretat Social o a la Creu Roja Espanyola i les ambulàncies.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;• Els titulars de targetes d'aparcament per a persones amb mobilitat reduïda expedides per l'organisme competent. Per a gaudir del benefici de l'exclusió serà condició necessària que la targeta d'aparcament per a persones de mobilitat reduïda es trobi situada en un lloc fàcilment visible del parabrisa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;• Els vehicles destinats exclusivament al transport de mercaderies que realitzin operacions de càrrega i descàrrega, sempre que la zona més pròxima reservada per a les mateixes es trobi ocupada i el seu estacionament fora d'elles no depassi els quinze minuts; havent-se de col·locar un distintiu o disc horari amb la data i hora d'arribada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;• Els vehicles elèctrics de més de dues rodes degudament identificats amb el distintiu de vehicle elèctric. Es considerarà vàlid el distintiu usat en el municipi. En cas que en algun municipi no hi hagués distintiu dissenyat, serà la Direcció de l'Autoritat Portuària qui ho reguli així com les condicions per a la seva obtenció.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;T.9.1.8.2 SERVEI A USUARIS (SECTORS)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Tindran dret a l'obtenció d'una credencial per períodes d'un any natural per a estacionar en determinades zones així establertes per la Direcció de la APB, determinats usuaris de la zona portuària, previ pagament de la corresponent tarifa, conforme s'especifica en l'apartat QUANTIES i en l'Annex I (Sectors)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Els usuaris proveïts de credencial, corresponent a un sector determinat, hauran d'estacionar en els llocs designats expressament i només pel temps que per la seva funció, condició o horari laboral necessitin fer ús.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. La concessió d'una credencial d'usuari no suposa una reserva de plaça ni cap compromís per part de l'Autoritat Portuària de proporcionar el servei en un punt o moment determinat. En cap cas s'atorgarà la credencial a qui tingui deutes amb l'Autoritat Portuària.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Queden exclosos del pagament de la “tarifa per a usuaris (sectors)”, els mateixos vehicles relacionats en la condició 10 del SERVEI D'ESTACIONAMENT REGULAT (T.9.01.8.1) els usuaris del qual compleixin la condició per a disposar de sector, i els vehicles oficials amb seu en la zona de servei del port. En aquests casos sense obligació d'obtenir la credencial.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;QUANTIES&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquestes quanties es veuran incrementades amb la corresponent repercussió econòmica de l'Impost sobre el Valor Afegit (IVA).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Palma&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Tarifa d'estacionament regulat: Igual a les quanties establerts per l'Ajuntament de Palma per a la zona més pròxima.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Per a usuaris (sectors) (tal com s'ha definit en les condicions d'aplicació): En zona senyalitzada a aquest efecte, per vehicle i any, o fracció, la tarifa per a usuaris és de 30 €/any.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Maó&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Tarifa d'estacionament regulat: existiran dos tipus de zona, les quanties i els períodes d'estada de la qual s'equiparen al que s'estableix per l'Ajuntament de Maó, per a les zones denominades via pública o aparcament en l'ordenança municipal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;SECTOR P: S'ha assignat aquest distintiu als vehicles dels usuaris de la Indústria Pesquera, en la zona interior vallada reservada a l'ús pesquer.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;SECTOR T: Distintiu utilitzat per als vehicles d'aquells usuaris autoritzats a la Terminal de Golondrinas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;SECTOR R: Vehicles dels usuaris de les embarcacions d'esbarjo situades dins del recinte vallat de la Dàrsena de San Magín.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;SECTOR S: Distintiu per als vehicles dels treballadors de societats i empreses que efectuen la prestació de serveis portuaris, segons definició recollida en el Text Refós de la Llei de Ports de l'Estat i de la Marina Mercant, en el desenvolupament de les seves funcions.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A aquest efecte, la Societat Anònima de Gestió d'Estibadors Portuaris (SAGEP) es considera inclosa dins de les societats que efectuen la prestació del servei portuari de manipulació de mercaderies.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;SECTOR X: Distintiu per a vehicles dels residents i treballadors dels comerços de la zona Portitxol Roqueta, compresa entre Carrer del Marqués de la Romana i Carrer de la Sirena, del port de Palma.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Els usuaris del sector S, a més de poder utilitzar els estacionaments senyalitzats amb aquest sector, podran utilitzar els espais reservats per al sector G.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;MAÓ&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
