&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;PRIMERA TINENTA DE BATLE&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Maria Antònia Sureda Martí&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;SEGONA TINENT DE BATLE&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Ana María Comas Delgado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;TERCER TINENT DE BATLE&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Antoni Josep Valle Font&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;QUART TINENT DE BATLE&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Antonio Bonet Company&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Vist que per motius personals el regidor Antoni Josep Valle Font renuncia al seu càrrec de tercer tinent de batle;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De conformitat amb el que disposa a l'article 46‑1 del Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals, aprovat per Reial Decret 2568/86, de 28 de novembre, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;PRIMER.‑ Cessar el regidor Antoni Josep Valle Font, de les seves funcions com a tercer tinent de batle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;SEGON.- Nomenar tercera tinenta de batle la regidora Maria Isabel Nieto Sepúlveda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per la qual cosa, l'ordre definitiu dels tinents/tes de batle és el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;QUART TINENT DE BATLE&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Antonio Bonet Company&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Als Tinents/tes de Batle, com a tals els hi correspondrà substituir a aquesta Batlia en la totalitat de les seves funcions i per l'ordre del seu nomenament, en els casos d'absència, malaltia o impediment que l'impossibiliti per l'exercici de les seves funcions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;TERCER.‑ De la present resolució es donarà compte al Ple a la primera sessió que se celebri, notificant‑se, a més a més, personalment als designats, i es publicarà al BOIB, sense perjudici de la seva efectivitat des del dia següent del present resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar alternativament recurs de reposició potestatiu davant l'òrgan que ha dictat aquesta resolució, en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà de la recepció de la present notificació, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques; o bé interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos, a comptar des de l'endemà de la recepció de la present notificació, de conformitat amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciosa Administrativa. Si optau per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu no podreu interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que aquell sigui resolt expressament o s'hagi produït la desestimació presumpta del recurs de reposició interposat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;No obstant l'anterior, es pot interposar, si n'és el cas, qualsevol altre recurs que estimeu pertinent. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa i l'article 40 de la Llei 39/2015 del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Així mateix, es pot interposar reclamació davant la Comissió prevista en el Decret 24/2016 de 29 d'abril, de creació i d'atribucions de competències a la Comissió per a la resolució de les reclamacions en matèria d'accés a la informació pública (BOIB Núm. 054 de 30/abril/2016) al termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà que s'hagi notificat, d'acord amb l'article 24 i la disposició addicional quarta de la Llei 19/2013,de 9 de desembre, de transparència, accés a la informació pública i bon govern.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
