&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;A tal efecte, es publiquen íntegrament les bases de dit concurs, tal com disposa l'art. 49.2 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears i al Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears i es modifica el Decret 55/2017, de 15 de desembre, del Fons de Seguretat Pública de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'objecte de la present convocatòria és la provisió temporal, en comissió de serveis de caràcter voluntari, d'una plaça vacant de policia local existent en la plantilla de l'Ajuntament de Banyalbufar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La duració de la comissió de serveis serà de dotze mesos, de conformitat amb l'establert a l'art.178.4 del Decret 28/2015, de 30 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació dels policies locals de les Illes Balears, període que es podrà prorrogar desprès de justificació prèvia de l'òrgan competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A aquesta prova selectiva s'aplicarà la següent legislació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Reial decret 896/1991, de 7 de juny, pel qual s'estableixen les regles bàsiques i els programes mínims als quals ha d'ajustar-se el procediment de selecció dels funcionaris d'administració local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, d'exigència del coneixement de la llengua catalana en els procediments selectius d'accés a la funció pública i per ocupar llocs de treball de l'Administració de la Comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;També la resta de disposicions legals aplicables a la policia local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- Requisits dels aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per ser admès a aquesta convocatòria, les persones interessades han de complir en la data de finalització del termini per presentar les sol·licituds i durant tot el procés selectiu, els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Estar en situació de servei actiu ostentant la condició de funcionari de carrera de l'Administració Local pertanyent a l'Escala d'Administració Especial, Subescala Serveis Especials, Classe Policia Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Comptar amb la conformitat de l'òrgan competent de l'Ajuntament de procedència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. No patir malaltia o defecte físic algun que li impedeixi el normal exercici de les funcions pròpies com a Policia Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. No trobar-se suspès ni inhabilitat per a l'exercici de funcions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Mancar d'anotacions per faltes greus o molt greus en el seu expedient personal, en virtut de resolució ferma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. No trobar-se afectat en procediment administratiu o judicial que sigui o pugui ser incompatible amb l'exercici de les seves funcions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. No tenir antecedents penals per delictes dolosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. Tenir els permisos de conducció de classe A2 i B en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. No estar sotmès a cap causa d'incapacitat específica d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;j. Declaració jurada de compromís de portar armes i, si és necessari, utilitzar-les, per mitjà d'una declaració jurada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tots els requisits hauran de complir-se en l'últim dia del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i mantenir-se durant tot el procés selectiu i fins al moment, si escau, de la presa de possessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.- Forma i termini de presentació d'instàncies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les sol·licituds es dirigiran al batle de l'Ajuntament de Banyalbufar i s'ajustaran al model publicat a l'annex II i III d'aquestes bases, en el termini de quinze dies hàbils, a comptar a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el BOIB, en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament i en la pàgina web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El model normalitzat de sol·licitud inclòs a l'annex II i III de les bases també es trobarà a disposició de les persones interessades a la pàgina &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;web https://www.ajbanyalbufar.net/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La seva presentació podrà fer-se en el Registre General de l'Ajuntament o per qualsevol mitjà previst en l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. En cas de presentar-se de conformitat amb l'art 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015 s'haurà de remetre còpia de la sol·licitud on consti la data de remissió, al departament de Recursos Humans per correu electrònic a la direcció ajuntament@ajbanyalbufar.net. Sense el compliment d'aquest requisit, les sol·licituds que es registrin a l'Ajuntament fora del termini de presentació no seran admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Juntament amb la sol·licitud s'haurà d'adjuntar la següent documentació compulsada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Fotocòpia compulsada del document nacional d'identitat en vigor o el resguard de la sol·licitud de renovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Certificació expedida per la Secretaria de l'Ajuntament de procedència en la qual es faci constar que l'aspirant ostenta la condició de funcionari de carrera, integrat en l'escala d'administració especial, subescala de serveis especials, classe policia local&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Certificació expedida per la Secretaria de l'Ajuntament de procedència de l'acord o resolució de l'òrgan competent declarant la conformitat que la persona interessada pugui ser nomenada en comissió de serveis en el supòsit de ser seleccionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Declaració responsable de les circumstàncies a les quals es refereix les lletres c), d), e), f) i i) de la Base tercera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Fotocòpia compulsada dels permisos de conducció A i B en vigor, o del resguard de la sol·licitud de renovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Relació dels mèrits aportats, on es recullin ordenadament els mèrits al·legats, estructurats segons els blocs en els quals es divideix el barem de mèrits recollits en l'annex I d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) Els documents acreditatius dels mèrits a valorar de titulació, formació i experiència professional i laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.- Protecció de dades personals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;D'acord amb la Llei orgànica 3/2018 de 5 de desembre (LOPD-GDD), de protecció de dades personals, s'informa els aspirants que les dades contingudes en la sol·licitud d'admissió i documentació que s'acompanyi a la mateixa o la generada a resultes de la present convocatòria, s'incorporaran a un fitxer de dades personals del qual és responsable l'Ajuntament de Banyalbufar, la finalitat del qual és dur a terme els processos de selecció de personal de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les dades personals necessàries podran ser utilitzats per a dur a terme les publicacions pròpies del procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els aspirants poden exercir en tot moment els drets d'accés, rectificació, cancel·lació o oposició de les seves dades, dirigint-se a la Secretaria de la Corporació a la plaça de la Vila núm. 2, 07191 de Banyalbufar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.- Llista d'admesos i exclosos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, el Batle de la corporació dictarà resolució en el termini màxim de cinc dies hàbils, i declararà aprovada la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos, que serà publicada en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament en la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;https://www.ajbanyalbufar.net/ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;amb indicació, en el seu cas, de la causa de no admissió, i es fixarà un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a partir de l'endemà de la publicació a la web municipal, per poder presentar reclamacions. En cas que no n'hi hagués, la llista esdevindrà definitiva a partir del dia següent d'acabar el termini de reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les reclamacions presentades seran resoltes en el termini màxim de cinc dies hàbils per la Batlia, des de l'acabament del termini de reclamacions. La llista definitiva, una vegada resoltes les reclamacions, es publicarà a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Banyalbufar i al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Així mateix, es fixarà la data i l'hora de constitució de la Comissió de Valoració i la fase de concurs de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.- Comissió de Valoració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La determinació de la Comissió de Valoració es realitzarà una vegada sigui publicada la llista definitiva dels aspirants admesos i exclosos i la seva actuació s'ajustarà estrictament a les Bases de la convocatòria. No obstant això, resoldrà els dubtes que puguin sorgir de la seva aplicació i podrà prendre els acords que corresponguin per aquells supòsits no prevists en les Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els membres de la Comissió de Valoració, hauran d'abstenir-se d'intervenir quan concorri alguna de les circumstàncies previstes en l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Acabada la baremació dels aspirants, es publicarà a la web i al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament el llistat de puntuacions. Els aspirants disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils per possibles reclamacions. Si no hi ha reclamacions, aquest llistat esdevindrà definitiu. Una vegada resoltes les reclamacions, la Comissió de Valoració elevarà a Batlia el llistat definitiu de puntuacions i la proposta de nomenament com a funcionari/ària en comissió de serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comissió de Valoració està facultada per a resoldre els dubtes, discrepàncies, peticions i suggeriments que s'originin durant el desenvolupament del procés de selecció, i adoptar els acords necessaris per al bon ordre del procés selectiu en tot el que no estigui previst en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8.- Desenvolupament del procés selectiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El procés de selecció consistirà en dues fases: la valoració dels mèrits relacionats amb el lloc de treball objecte de convocatòria, conformement al barem que es detalla en Annex I, i si escau, la celebració d'una entrevista personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comissió de Valoració valorarà les dues fases sent el resultat final la suma d'aquestes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.- Relació d'aprovats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Finalitzada la valoració del procés selectiu, la Comissió de Valoració farà pública en el tauló d'anuncis i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament, la llista provisional de les puntuacions obtingudes per les persones aspirants, amb indicació de les qualificacions obtingudes en cadascun dels apartats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Totes les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de tres dies hàbils, des de la publicació, per a efectuar les reclamacions oportunes o sol·licitar la revisió de la seva puntuació provisional davant la Comissió de Valoració. A aquesta revisió, podran assistir acompanyades d'un assessor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comissió de Valoració tindrà un termini de cinc dies per a resoldre les reclamacions i, a continuació, publicarà, en el tauló digital d'anuncis i a la pàgina web, la llista definitiva d'aprovats, per ordre de puntuació, que no podrà contenir un nombre d'aprovats superior al de posats vacants objecte d'oferta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;D'acord amb la citada llesta, la Comissió de Valoració elevarà a l'Alcaldia Presidència de la Corporació, l'acta de l'última sessió, on s'inclourà la relació d'aprovats i la proposta del corresponent nomenament temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Així mateix, la Comissió de Valoració proposarà una relació per ordre de puntuació de tots aquells aspirants que no obtinguessin els llocs oferts en Comissió de Serveis per a casos en els quals es faci necessari la cobertura de noves comissions de servei. En aquests casos la proposta de la Comissió de Valoració s'entendrà automàticament referida als aspirants següents per ordre de puntuació a l'efecte del seu posterior nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10.- Presentació de documents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vegada publicada la llista de persones aprovades en el tauló d'anuncis i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament, els aspirants proposats disposen d'un termini de deu dies naturals, a comptar des de l'endemà al de la data de publicació, per a presentar els següents documents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Certificació expedida pel Registre Central de Penats i Rebels de mancar d'antecedents penals, dins dels tres mesos anteriors al dia que finalitzi el termini de presentació de documents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'incompliment d'aquest termini o si de l'examen de la documentació presentada es dedueix que els aspirants no compleixen els requisits que s'exigeixen en la convocatòria, suposarà la pèrdua del dret a ser nomenats funcionaris en comissió de serveis i quedessin sense efecte totes les actuacions anteriors relatives al seu nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11.- Nomenament, pressa de possessió i cessament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El nomenament es realitzarà per resolució del batle, en el termini màxim de tres dies naturals comptats des de la publicació del llistat definitiu de puntuacions a la web municipal si no hi ha canvi de residència i vuit dies si implica canvi de residència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.- Recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra la present convocatòria, les seves bases i els actes administratius que es derivin d'aquesta, podrà interposar-se pels interessats, amb caràcter potestatiu, recurs de reposició davant el batle, en el termini d'un mes comptat a partir de l'endemà al de la seva última publicació en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament; o bé directament recurs contenciós- administratiu davant el Jutjat del Contenciós- Administratiu de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos, comptats igualment des de l'endemà al de la seva última publicació; tot això de conformitat amb l'establert en els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la jurisdicció contenciós- administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ANNEX I&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Barem de mèrits i criteris de valoració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els mèrits es calcularan a la data d'expiració del termini indicat per a la presentació de sol·licituds per participar en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els mèrits presentats i no acreditats pels aspirants mitjançant original o fotocòpia compulsada no seran valorats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El tribunal avaluarà els mèrits d'acord amb el barem següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Valoració dels serveis prestats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 12 punts, d'acord amb els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Per cada mes complet de serveis prestats i reconeguts com a policia local o turístic a les Illes Balears: 0,12 punts per mes, fins a un màxim de 12 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Per cada mes complet de serveis prestats i reconeguts en altres categories, en municipis de les Illes Balears: 0,06 punts per mes, fins a un màxim de 12 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Estudis acadèmics oficials:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Únicament es valoren els estudis acadèmics oficials amb validesa en tot el territori nacional. En cas de presentació de títols d'estudis fets a l'estranger, s'ha d'acreditar l'homologació concedida pel Ministeri d'Educació, Cultura i Esport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per la possessió de titulacions acadèmiques oficials superiors a la que s'exigeix per a la categoria a la qual s'accedeix o a partir d'una segona titulació acadèmica oficial igual a la que s'exigeix per a la categoria a la qual s'accedeix. La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implica que no es valori el de nivell inferior necessari per obtenir-lo, llevat del cas que les titulacions corresponguin a branques diferents, amb l'excepció del títol de doctor, que se sumarà a la titulació corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 2 punts, d'acord amb els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Per cada titulació acadèmica de tècnic de formació professional de grau superior, ensenyaments professionals d'arts plàstiques i disseny de grau superior i els ensenyaments esportius de grau superior, així com tots els títols que hagin estat declarats equivalents: 0,07 punts, fins a un màxim de 0,21 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Per cada titulació acadèmica de diplomatura universitària, arquitectura tècnica, enginyeria tècnica o titulació declarada equivalent: 0,14 punts, fins a un màxim de 0,42 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Per cada llicenciatura universitària, arquitectura, enginyeria o titulació universitària equivalent: 0,29 punts, fins a un màxim de 0,87 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Per cada màster oficial i altres estudis de postgrau oficial universitari: 0,04 punts per cada 30 crèdits ECTS, fins a un màxim de 0,24 punts. Els estudis de grau amb càrrega lectiva de 300 crèdits ECTS, a més d'obtenir els punts de l'apartat c, obtindran 0,07 punts, d'acord en l'article 12.10 del Reial decret 1393/2007, de 29 d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Per cada títol de doctor: 0,21 punts, fins a un màxim de 0,63 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.-Valoració dels coneixements de llengües.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 1,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.1.- Coneixements orals i escrits de llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats expedits per l'EBAP, els expedits o homologats per l'òrgan competent de la Conselleria de Cultura, Participació i Esports, i els que es declarin equivalents o siguin reconeguts d'acord amb la normativa autonòmica vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es valorarà només un certificat, excepte en el cas del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, en què la puntuació s'acumularà a la de l'altre certificat que s'aporti. En tot cas, només es valoraran els certificats de nivell superior a l'exigit com a requisit d'ocupació de la plaça a la qual s'accedeixi. En cas que es presentin dubtes sobre la puntuació que s'hagi d'atorgar a algun certificat o sobre la seva validesa, es podrà sol·licitar un informe a la Direcció General de Política Lingüística de la Conselleria de Cultura, Participació i Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 0,5 punts, d'acord amb els següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Nivell C1 (abans nivell C) o equivalent: 0,20 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Nivell C2 (abans nivell D) o equivalent: 0,40 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Coneixements de llenguatge administratiu (certificat E): 0,10 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.2.- Coneixements d'altres llengües.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats acreditatius dels coneixements de qualsevol llengua&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;oficial d'altres comunitats autònomes o estrangeres, expedits o homologats per escoles oficials d'idiomes, escoles d'administració pública o altres certificats del Marc Comú Europeu considerats equivalents. Per a una mateixa llengua sol es valoraran les titulacions de nivell superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.- Valoració dels cursos de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Només es valoren els diplomes o certificats de cursos i activitats formatives impartits per les escoles de formació de les policies locals, els cursos impartits per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o que tinguin la condició de concertats o homologats per l'EBAP, els cursos d'interès policial manifest superats en universitats en l'àmbit de la Unió Europea o en altres administracions públiques de l'Estat espanyol amb centres de formació acreditats i els plans de formació contínua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pel que fa a la formació en línia i a distància no reglada, només es valora la que imparteixin i homologuin l'EBAP o les universitats de l'àmbit de la Unió Europea i l'efectuada dins els plans de formació contínua. Els cursos en matèria policial fets abans d'entrar en vigor la Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, també es valoren.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En aquest apartat també es valora la impartició de cursos d'accions formatives relacionades amb les funcions pròpies del lloc al qual s'accedeixi en centre formatius oficials, acreditada mitjançant un certificat en què consti el curs, les hores i les matèries que s'han impartit i els crèdits dels títols, màsters propis no oficials i dels cursos d'expert universitari que tenen el caràcter de titulacions pròpies d'una universitat determinada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1.- Formació relacionada amb l'àrea professional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1.1.- Accions formatives relacionades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 4.5 punts. Es valoren, per a cada lloc de treball, les accions formatives sempre que estiguin directament relacionades amb les funcions pròpies del lloc a què s'accedeix. En concret, només es valoren els cursos referits a les àrees professionals de policia, seguretat, emergències, salvament, ciències forenses, criminologia, violència de gènere i formació sanitària relacionada amb la professió de policia local d'acord amb els criteris que s'indiquen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Per cada certificat d'aprofitament: 0,005 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Per cada certificat d'assistència: 0,0025 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Per cada certificat d'impartició de cursos d'accions formatives relacionades amb les funcions pròpies del lloc al qual s'accedeixi: 0,0075 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pel que fa als cursos o activitats expressades en crèdits, s'entén que cada crèdit equival a 10 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No es valoren els certificats que no indiquin el nombre d'hores o crèdits, el contingut de la formació o que tinguin un contingut indefinit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No s'ha de valorar la formació que constitueix una part dels cursos de capacitació per accedir a qualsevol categoria de les forces o cossos de seguretat i la formació repetida, llevat que s'hagi fet un canvi substancial en el contingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1.2.-Formació universitària no oficial relacionada amb les funcions del lloc de treball convocat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 2,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Títol propi de graduat en seguretat i ciències policials de la Universitat de les Illes Balears: 1 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Títols propis de graduat universitari, relacionats amb les àrees de policia, seguretat, emergències, salvament, ciències forenses, criminologia, violència de gènere i formació sanitària, amb càrrega lectiva de, com a mínim, 180 crèdits ECTS: 0,75 punts per títol, fins a un màxim d'1,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Màsters, experts i diplomes universitaris relacionats amb les àrees de policia, seguretat, emergències, salvament, ciències forenses, criminologia, violència de gènere i formació sanitària: 0,1 punts per crèdit ECTS, fins a un màxim d'1 punt. Els títols amb càrrega lectiva inferior a 30 crèdits ECTS no es valoren en aquest apartat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2.- Formació no relacionada amb l'àrea professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2.1.- Accions formatives no relacionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 2 punts. S'han de valorar, per a cada lloc de treball, les accions formatives que, encara que no estiguin directament relacionades amb les funcions pròpies del lloc al qual s'accedeix, es consideren d'interès general. En concret, només s'han de valorar per a totes les categories els cursos que estiguin relacionats amb les àrees temàtiques de la formació contínua de l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.- Entrevista &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(Puntuació màxima: 10 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els aspirants podran ser anomenats, en cas de considerar-se oportú, a la realització d'una entrevista sobre qüestions derivades de la seva trajectòria professional i qualssevol altres que l'òrgan competent consideri necessàries, amb la finalitat de valorar les capacitats, els coneixements o les aptituds del candidat per a ocupar el lloc de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
