	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L'Institut d'Indústries Culturals de les Illes Balears (en endavant, ICIB) és una entitat pública empresarial creada pel Govern de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb el que preveu l'article 39 de la Llei 13/2017, de 29 de desembre, de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2018, amb la finalitat d'impulsar el desenvolupament de les indústries i empreses culturals i creatives en el marc de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Per poder dur a terme les seves funcions, l'ICIB té la necessitat d'incorporar una persona per cobrir la plaça d'auxiliar administratiu de l'Institut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El personal de l'ICIB pot estar integrat per personal laboral propi o per personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; funcionari de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears que li sigui adscrit, així com per personal de nou ingrés que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;s'hi incorpori&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; d'acord amb els articles 23 i 44 de la Llei 7/2010, de 21 de juliol, del sector públic instrumental de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i la normativa vigent en matèria de funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El personal al servei de l'ICIB es regeix per la legislació aplicable en cada cas i per les disposicions de la Llei 7/2010. En tot cas, i com a mínim, és aplicable a tot el personal al servei de l'ICIB la regulació establerta en el Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, pel que fa als deures dels empleats públics i el codi de conducta, els principis ètics, els principis de conducta, els principis rectors de l'accés a l'ocupació pública i les normes reguladores de la reserva de quota per a persones amb discapacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;L'article 23.2 de la Llei 7/2010, de 21 de juliol, del sector públic instrumental de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, estableix els criteris que han de seguir els ens públics de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en la contractació de personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Els articles 17 i 18 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposen que en la selecció del personal laboral dels ens públics de la Comunitat Autònoma s'hi han d'aplicar els principis d'igualtat, mèrit, capacitat i publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;L'Acord del Consell de Govern de 23 de febrer de 2007 de modificació de l'àmbit d'aplicació i de determinació de l'abast del control de l'article 5 de l'Acord del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Consell de Govern de dia 19 de desembre de 1995 sobre comptabilitat i rendició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de comptes de les empreses públiques de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, en l'apartat segon B), estableix el procediment per donar compliment als principis de publicitat i d'objectivitat en la selecció de personal laboral temporal dels ens públics de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L'article 10.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;k)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; dels Estatuts de l'ICIB disposa que correspon al president dictar els actes que siguin &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;necessaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; per desenvolupar els acords del Consell de Direcció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Aprovar la convocatòria d'un procés selectiu per cobrir, en règim de personal laboral interí, el lloc de feina d'auxiliar administratiu de l'ICIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Aprovar les bases reguladores de la convocatòria d'aquest procés selectiu en els termes que estableixen els annexos 1 i 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Ordenar la publicació d'aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i a la pàgina web de la Conselleria de Presidència, Cultura i Igualtat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant aquest mateix òrgan en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat, d'acord amb els articles 123 i&amp;nbsp;124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i amb l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;També s'hi pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 46 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;29/1998,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les funcions del lloc de feina consisteixen en activitats administratives de caràcter auxiliar: tasques d'ofi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;màtica, despatx i registre de correspondència, de fitxer i classificació de documents, de manipulació bàsica de màquines i equips informàtics, de transcripció i tramitació de documents, d'arxivament, classificació i registre, o d'altres relacionades amb les anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Forma de provisió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El lloc de feina objecte d'aquesta convocatòria s'ha de proveir pel sistema de concurs de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Cinquè&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per concórrer a aquesta convocatòria, s'han de complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;a) Estar en possessió del títol de graduat en educació secundària, graduat escolar, tècnic de grau mitjà corresponent a cicles formatius de grau mitjà, tècnic especialista corresponent a formació professional de primer grau, o un títol equivalent o formació laboral equivalent.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;b) Estar en possessió del certificat de coneixements de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell B2, d'acord amb el que disposa la disposició addicional quarta, amb relació a l'article 4, del Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, d'exigència del coneixement de la llengua catalana en els procediments selectius d'accés a la funció pública i per ocupar llocs de treball de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;c) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, o una altra nacionalitat en els casos en què, d'acord amb l'article 57 de l'EBEP, es permeti l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;d) Posseir la capacitat funcional per al desenvolupament de les tasques.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;e) Tenir complerts setze anys i no excedir, si escau, l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;f) No haver estat acomiadat mitjançant un expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en situació d'inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que desenvolupaven en el cas del personal laboral que hagi estat separat de la seva feina o inhabilitat per exercir-la. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a una sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, al seu estat, en els mateixos termes, l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;g) Abans de prendre possessió de la plaça, l'aspirant ha de fer constar que no ocupa cap lloc de feina ni du a terme cap activitat en el sector públic delimitat per l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, i que no percep cap pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. Si du a terme alguna activitat privada, incloses les de caràcter professional, ho ha de declarar en el termini de deu dies naturals comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la signatura del contracte laboral, per tal que la conselleria competent en matèria de funció pública resolgui sobre la declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilit&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;at.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Les condicions generals, els requisits i els mèrits de tots els candidats han d'estar referits a la data en què acaba el termini per presentar sol·licituds i mantenir-se durant tot el procediment del concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Sisè&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Procediment de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;FASE 1. Acreditació dels requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar al Registre de la Conselleria de Presidència, Cultura i Igualtat o en qualsevol de les formes previstes en l'article 16 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En el cas de presentar la sol·licitud i la documentació requerida en un registre diferent del de la Conselleria de Presidència, Cultura i Igualtat, en qualsevol cas complint el que estableix l'article 16.5 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, es demana que es deixi constància d'aquest fet enviant un missatge electrònic a l'adreça següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;em&gt;info@icib.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El termini per presentar les sol·licituds és de quinze dies hàbils a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;. No es valorarà cap mèrit que no s'hagi justificat en el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Quan hagi finalitzat el termini per presentar sol·licituds, la presidenta de l'ICIB, mitjançant una resolució, ha d'aprovar i fer pública la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses. Aquesta resolució s'ha de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; publicar a la pàgina &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;web de la Conselleria de Presidència, Cultura i Igualtat (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;https://www.caib.es/govern/organigrama/area.do?coduo=3&amp;amp;lang=ca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Les persones excloses de la convocatòria disposen d'un termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta resolució a la web per esmenar les deficiències detectades i per aportar els documents preceptius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En haver finalitzat el termini indicat, la presidenta de l'ICIB, mitjançant una resolució, ha d'aprovar la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses. Aquesta resolució també s'ha de publicar a la pàgina web de la Conselleria de Presidència, Cultura i Igualtat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Només poden passar a la fase 2 els candidats que compleixin els requisits prevists en el punt cinquè d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;FASE 2. Valoració dels mèrits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;A. Procediment de valoració dels mèrits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Els requisits i els mèrits de tots els candidats i candidates s'han de presentar i acreditar amb referència al darrer dia del termini general de quinze dies hàbils per presentar sol·licituds, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vegada que la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Comissió Tècnica de Valoració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ce181e"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;hagi acabat de valorar els mèrits aportats, s'han de publicar a la web de la Conselleria de Presidència, Cultura i Igualtat les llistes provisionals amb les puntuacions dels aspirants, els quals hi han d'aparèixer ordenats segons la puntuació obtinguda en aquesta fase de concurs, de més alta a més baixa, i identificats amb el número del DNI, NIE o passaport. Les persones interessades disposen d'un termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de les llistes provisionals per fer-hi observacions o presentar reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vegada resoltes les reclamacions en el termini de set dies hàbils, s'han de fer públiques a la web de la Conselleria de Presidència, Cultura i Igualtat les llistes definitives amb les puntuacions obtingudes en la fase de valoració de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Còmput dels mèrits (total: 100 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;B.1. Experiència professional (màxim: 50 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La puntuació màxima que es pot obtenir en aquest apartat són 50 punts. A l'hora de valorar els mèrits al·legats i justificats pels aspirants, la Comissió Tècnica s'ha de regir pel barem següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Serveis prestats en llocs similars al de l'objecte de la convocatòria en el sector públic estatal, autonòmic o local: 0,25 punts per mes de feina complet acreditat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Serveis prestats en llocs similars al de l'objecte de la convocatòria en el sector privat: 0,25 punts per mes de feina complet acreditat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per llocs similars al de l'objecte de la convocatòria s'entenen els llocs de feina d'una categoria o grup professional igual o superior, que requereixen una qualificació acadèmica o tècnica anàloga, amb un nivell de responsabilitat similar i en els quals s'hagin desenvolupat funcions o tasques directament relacionades amb el lloc de feina ofert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Acreditació dels mèrits de l'experiència professional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Serveis &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;prestats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; a l'Administració pública (incloses les entitats autònomes):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquests mèrits s'han d'acreditar documentalment per mitjà d'un certificat expedit per l'òrgan competent en què constin els serveis prestats i les funcions i tasques realitzades, per tal de justificar que es tracta de funcions iguals o similars a la categoria professional objecte d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Feina duita a terme en entitats públiques empresarials (entitats de dret públic sotmeses al dret privat), &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;consorcis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, fundacions del sector públic, empreses societàries del sector públic i empreses privades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquests mèrits s'han d'acreditar documentalment presentant el certificat de la vida laboral (expedit per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social o l'òrgan equivalent d'altres països de la Unió Europea), i l'acreditació de la categoria i de les funcions exercides mitjançant el contracte laboral o un certificat de l'empresa, del consorci o de la fundació corresponent, o bé d'una altra manera en què quedin acreditades la categoria i les funcions que s'han exercit. En el cas que la documentació acreditativa s'hagi emès en una llengua estrangera, perquè es pugui valorar com a mèrit la persona interessada n'ha de presentar una traducció jurada. En els documents aportats, hi han de constar clarament especificats el nom i la categoria professional del lloc de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;A l'efecte de valorar la feina duita a terme i els mèrits corresponents, s'ha de computar el temps que els candidats hagin estat en les situacions d'excedència, reducció de jornada, permís o altres beneficis relacionats amb la maternitat o la paternitat, i per raó de guarda legal o cura de familiars, tant en l'àmbit públic com en el privat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B.2. Formació i titulació (màxim: 50 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B.2.1. Formació reglada addicional a la d'accés (màxim: 21 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per cada grau, 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Per cada postgrau, 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Per cada màster, 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Per cada doctorat, 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per cada títol de tècnic de grau superior d'FP o equivalent, 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per cada títol de tècnic de segon grau d'FP o equivalent, 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B.2.2. Formació complementària (màxim: 21 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Es valoren els cursos de formació i perfeccionament impartits o promoguts per les administracions públiques i els impartits en el marc dels acords de formació contínua entre l'Administració i els sindicats, així com els homologats per l'EBAP o qualsevol altre organisme públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;També es valoren els cursos impartits per universitats o altres centres oficials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Els cursos d'informàtica, els cursos de prevenció de riscs laborals, els cursos relacionats amb la Llei orgànica de protecció de dades i els cursos relacionats amb temes d'igualtat s'han de valorar en tot cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Les altres accions formatives s'han de valorar quan tenguin un contingut relacionat directament amb les funcions del lloc de feina a què s'opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Els cursos es valoren de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Cursos de més de 300 hores: 1 punt per curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;També es computen les assignatures d'estudis universitaris o de formació professional que no hagin conduit a l'obtenció d'un títol, acreditades mitjançant un certificat en què figuri la càrrega lectiva de l'assignatura. Respecte a la formació, un crèdit equival a 10 hores i cada hora s'ha de valorar am&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;b 0,002 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Acreditació dels mèrits de les accions formatives&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els cursos de formació s'acrediten presentant una fotocòpia de la certificació, el títol o el diploma corresponent. Únicament s'han de valorar quan contenguin el nombre exacte d'hores de formació i la data d'expedició, així com la diligència d'homologació o acreditació del centre per qualsevol de les administracions públiques o organismes dependents amb competència material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B.3. Coneixements de llengua catalana superiors als exigits en les bases de la convocatòria (màxim: 3 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Es valoren els certificats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Certificat de nivell E: 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Només s'ha de valorar un certificat, excepte en el cas del certificat de coneixements&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de llenguatge administratiu, en què la puntuació s'acumula a la de l'altre certificat que s'aporti. En el cas de presentar només el certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, s'ha de valorar a raó de 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acreditació dels mèrits en llengua catalana&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els coneixements orals i escrits de català s'acrediten mitjançant una còpia compulsada dels certificats expedits per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o expedits o homologats per l'òrgan competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B.4. Coneixements de llengües &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;estrangeres (màxim: 5 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En aquest apartat es valoren únicament els coneixements d'anglès, alemany, francès i italià, d'acord amb el barem següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Nivell B1: 0,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Nivell B2: 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Nivell C1: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Novell C2: 1,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Per a cada llengua s'ha de valorar únicament el certificat del nivell més alt obtingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acreditació dels mèrits en llengua estrangera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els coneixements orals i escrits de llengües estrangeres s'han d'acreditar presentant una còpia compulsada dels certificats corresponents expedits per un centre oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El responsable del tractament és l'Institut d'Indústries Culturals de les Illes Balears. Els destinataris de les dades personals són els membres de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració, regulada en el punt vuitè de les bases de la convocatòria (annex 1).
