    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;L'Alcaldia mitjançant la Resolució número 164, de 19 de desembre de 2019, va adoptar l'acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«Assumpte: modificació de la delegació de competències del Servei de Joventut; del Servei de Festes; i del Servei de Formació i Ocupació mentre duri el permís de maternitat de la regidora delegada d'aquests serveis&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Mitjançant la Resolució d'Alcaldia número 82, de 5 de juliol de 2019, es va aprovar l'organització dels serveis administratius de l'Ajuntament i de la delegació de competències als regidors;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Atès que es fa necessària una modificació de la delegació de competències dels serveis delegats en la regidora senyora Maria Gràcia Mercadal Marquès mentre es trobi de permís per maternitat;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Atès que els serveis afectats són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. ÀREA SOCIOEDUCATIVA I DE DINAMITZACIÓ ECONÒMICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.6. SERVEI DE JOVENTUT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.7.3. Formació i Ocupació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Per tot l'exposat,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER:&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar la delegació de competències del Servei de Joventut; del Servei de Festes; i del Servei de Formació i Ocupació a partir del dia 20 de desembre de 2019, i mentre duri el permís de maternitat de la regidora Maria Gràcia Mercadal Marquès, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.6. SERVEI DE JOVENTUT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Al regidor Sr. &lt;strong&gt;ANDREU BOSCH MESQUIDA&lt;/strong&gt;, les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a temes de JOVENTUT I DEL PUNT JOVE MUNICIPAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.7. SERVEI DE DINAMITZACIÓ ECONÒMICA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.7.3. Formació i Ocupació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;MARIA ALEXANDRA MOLL TALTAVULL,&lt;/strong&gt; les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a FESTES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;NOEMÍ CAMPS VILLALONGA&lt;/strong&gt;, les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a FORMACIÓ I OCUPACIÓ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON:&lt;/strong&gt; Manar la publicació d'aquesta resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;(BOIB), d'acord amb l'article 44 del ROF, de la qual es donarà compte al Ple de l'Ajuntament en la primera sessió que se celebri.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
