    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès l'anunci publicat al BOIB núm. 102, de 25 de juliol de 2019, relatiu a l'estructura organitzativa del Consell Insular de Formentera per al mandat 2019-2023, i en concret el punt relatiu als corporatius, la composició dels grups polítics i dels seus portaveus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A partir de la presa de possessió com a consellera del Consell Insular de Formentera de la Sra. Maribel Castelló Yern, a la sessió plenària de 29-11-2019, després d'haver renunciat la Sra. Ana Negre Casals, i vistos els escrits amb Regisre General d'Entrada núms. 2019/31.095, de 15-12-2019, i 2019/31.199, de 16-12-2019, presentats pel Sr. Lorenzo Córdoba Marí, com a portaveu del grup polític Sa Unió de Formentera PP-Compromís, en què informa que la Sra. Castelló Yern substituirà la Sra. Negre Casals a les comissions informatives permanents, en el primer escrit i, el segon dels escrits, informant que la Sra. Verónica Castelló Pérez serà la portaveu adjunta i el Sr. Javier Sera Torres passarà a ser secretari del grup polític Sa Unió de Formentera PP-Compromís.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquestes noves designacions modifiquen en part l'anunci d'estructura organitzativa del Consell Insular de Formentera per al mandat 2019-2023, publicat al BOIB núm. 102, de 25 de juliol de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot l'anterior, es fa públic que s'ha procedit, en la sessió del Ple del dia 19 de desembre de 2019, al següent estat de coses:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Actualització de la llista de consellers i conselleres que integren el plenari del Consell Insular de Formentera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.- Aquesta substitució i modificació també afecta la composició de la Junta de Portaveus d'aquest Consell Insular en el sentit que la Sra. VERÓNICA CASTELLÓ PÉREZ passa a ser la suplent de Portaveu del grup, càrrec que ocupava la Sra. Ana Negre Casals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
