    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;JAUME ALZAMORA RIERA, President del Consorci, en virtut de les atribucions que tenc conferides d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 12 i 13 dels Estatuts del Consorci publicat al BOIB nº 94 de 31 de juliol de 2018,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;D'acord amb el que es preveu en l'article 14 de la Llei 7/2007, de 12 d'abril, de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, el personal al servei de les entitats locals té, entre d'altres, el dret a la formació contínua i l'actualització permanent dels coneixements i les capacitats professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segons el punt de l'article 4 dels estatuts del Consorci de Tecnologies de la Informació i de les Comunicacions de Mallorca, constitueix un dels objectes del Consorci dur a terme accions formatives en matèria informàtica i telemàtica adreçades al personal dels ens consorciats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Des de la creació del Consorci a l'any 1992, la formació s'ha considerat un instrument fonamental per facilitar l'èxit de les polítiques municipals de canvi i modernització i, per aquesta raó, constitueix un objectiu prioritari oferir als treballadors la formació adient perquè puguin adquirir les competències necessàries i adequades per millorar de manera continua la qualitat del servei que s'ofereix a la ciutadania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per tot això, &lt;strong&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria del Pla de Formació programat per la secció de Formació del Consorci de Tecnologies de la Informació i de les Comunicacions de Mallorca per al primer semestre de l'any 2020. S'adjunten com annex les instruccions que deuen regir les activitats formatives programades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Publicar aquesta resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Publicar l'oferta formativa amb indicació del calendari, els llocs de realització dels cursos i, en general, tota la informació en el Portal de Gestió de Formació de TIC Mallorca (&lt;/span&gt;http://formacio.ticmallorca.net/&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ho mana i firma el president del Consorci TIC Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punt 1. Persones destinatàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones destinatàries de les activitats formatives del Pla de Formació de TIC Mallorca són el personal empleat públic dels ens consorciats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El personal esmentat en el punt anterior té dret a participar en les activitats formatives de TIC Mallorca en els termes i en les condicions que es determinen en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punt 2. Nombre màxim de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones interessades només poden sol·licitar la inscripció a tres cursos d'aquest semestre. Aquesta limitació queda exceptuada en els cursos oberts amb un nou termini d'inscripció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punt 3. Modalitats d'inscripció als cursos i presentació de documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els empleats públics dels ens consorciats poden tramitar les seves sol·licituds mitjançant el procediment següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.1 &lt;em&gt;Registrar-se&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La persona interessada en inscriure's als cursos, si encara no està registrada, haurà de sol·licitar prèviament l'alta com a usuària del servei de Formació de TIC Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les inscripcions als cursos s'han de realitzar des del Portal de Gestió de Formació de TIC Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per a tal efecte hi ha disponible a la pàgina web de TIC Mallorca (&lt;/span&gt;www.ticmallorca.net&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) un enllaç al nou Portal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El formulari de sol·licitud d'alta es troba fent clic sobre “&lt;em&gt;Registra't&lt;/em&gt;”, a la part superior dreta del Portal, així com a les instruccions que s'han de seguir per lliurar-lo a la secció de Formació de TIC Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quan la persona sol·licitant hagi estat donada d'alta rebrà un missatge amb el seu nom d'usuari i una contrasenya provisional per accedir per primera vegada al Portal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.2 &lt;em&gt;Inscripció als cursos des del nou Portal de Gestió de Formació&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La inscripció als cursos s'ha de realitzar accedint a la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;www.ticmallorca.net&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. A continuació, s'ha de seleccionar l'enllaç "Portal de Formació". A la finestra següent, s'ha de fer clic damunt l'enllaç “Accés al Portal de Formació”. Una altra manera d'accedir al Portal és introduir directament la URL en el navegador (formacio.ticmallorca.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per consultar l'oferta formativa del primer semestre de 2020 s'ha de fer clic sobre “Programació gener-juny 2020”. Se mostraran els cursos programats i, fent clic sobre el títol de cada curs, es mostraran les edicions programades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per inscriure's a una edició s'ha de fer clic damunt l'etiqueta “Inscriu-te”. Es sol·licitarà el número de DNI (amb la lletra) i la contrasenya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quan s'accedeixi per primera vegada al Portal, i per poder obtenir una contrasenya, s'ha de fer clic a la pestanya “Reinicialitzeu la vostra contrasenya”. El sistema sol·licita l'adreça de correu electrònic de l'usuari. Si aquest ja era usuari de la plataforma d'inscripció anterior, haurà d'introduir la mateixa adreça que tenia quan va ser donat d'alta en aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si l'adreça de correu electrònic no és la mateixa que consta a la base de dades de la secció de Formació, l'usuari s'haurà de posar en contacte telefònic (971 17 38 06 / 971 00 75 12) amb aquest departament per proporcionar una adreça vàlida i actualitzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quan l'adreça de correu registrada sigui la correcta, l'usuari rebrà un correu amb un enllaç que el permetrà accedir al Portal i introduir una contrasenya i actualitzar les seves dades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A partir d'aquest moment, l'usuari ja es podrà inscriure als cursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punt 4. Termini d'inscripció als cursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini d'inscripció als cursos corresponents al primer semestre del Pla de Formació de 2020 és de dia 7 a dia 20 de gener.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punt 5. Material didàctic dels cursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El material didàctic dels cursos es publicarà al nou Portal de Gestió de Formació, dins el menú “Material didàctic”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El material didàctic en cap cas s'enviarà per correu electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punt 6. Selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.1 Només s'admetran les sol·licituds que compleixin els requisits establerts en la convocatòria corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.2 Si el nombre de sol·licituds d'un determinat curs supera el nombre de places previst, la secció de Formació en farà la selecció corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els criteris de preferència de la selecció són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1r. Distribució de les places de manera següent: un 65% de les places correspondrà al personal dels ens consorciats i el 35% restant al personal del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2n. Es donarà preferència&amp;nbsp; a les persones aspirants que hagin quedat a la llista d'espera del semestre anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3r. La data de presentació de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.3 En cas d'igualtat de condicions en tots els apartats anteriors, les persones que acreditin en el moment de la presentació de sol·licituds que s'han incorporat durant l'any anterior al servei actiu després d'un permís de maternitat o paternitat, o que han reingressat des de la situació d'excedència per raons de guarda legal i atenció a persones dependents o amb discapacitat, tindran preferència durant un any en la participació en activitats formatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punt 7.&amp;nbsp; Consulta sobre les sol·licituds dels cursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones que sol·licitin cursos podran comprovar si han estat admeses o han quedat a la llista d'espera accedint al Portal de Gestió de Formació amb el seu DNI i la seva contrasenya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La secció de Formació recordarà l'inici de cada curs a les persones admeses i també les sol·licitarà la confirmació de la seva l'assistència a aquests mitjançant un missatge de correu electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones admeses hauran d'enviar el formulari de comunicació d'assistència al curs signat pel seu cap (disponible al menú “Secretaria virtual”, opció “Formularis” del Portal). El formulari es pot enviar escanejat per correu electrònic a l'adreça formacio@ticmallorca.net o per fax (971 75 08 54).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punt 8. Anul·lació i modificació dels cursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La secció de Formació, pot suprimir cursos, organitzar-ne de no programats amb anterioritat per necessitats puntuals que puguin sorgir, efectuar-ne diverses edicions sempre que les circumstàncies ho aconsellin així i modificar-ne, si és pertinent, els continguts, la durada, les dates i els programes anunciats per a adaptar-los als requeriments de la formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Correspon a la secció de Formació de TIC Mallorca, i una vegada consultat el Servei Jurídic de TIC Mallorca, resoldre els dubtes, les confusions o les incidències que puguin sorgir sobre l'aplicació d'aquestes instruccions, o sobre els casos concrets que no s'hi prevegin o que sorgeixin de manera excepcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punt 9. Llista d'espera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si el nombre de sol·licitants és superior al nombre de places s'establirà una llista d'espera per cobrir les baixes o les renúncies que es produeixin. La secció de Formació actualitzarà permanentment i de manera interna la llista d'espera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punt 10. Obligació de confirmació d'assistència i comunicació de baixa. Penalització&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Amb l'admissió a un curs es contreu l'obligació d'assistir al curs. Si no es pot assistir s'ha de comunicar a la secció de Formació, per correu electrònic, a través del Portal o per telèfon, com a mínim cinc dies hàbils abans de començar el curs. El fet de no comunicar una baixa pot ser causa d'exclusió, durant el pròxim semestre, dels cursos que s'organitzin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones amb situació d'incapacitat temporal –excepte les que són en situació de llicència per maternitat o paternitat, excedència per maternitat o paternitat, o cura de familiars- no poden assistir a les activitats formatives. Aquesta circumstància s'haurà de comunicar per escrit, perquè, si procedeix, es pugui cobrir la plaça vacant amb altra persona i per evitar la penalització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punt 11. Tipus de certificats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'única forma de demostrar l'assistència a un curs és mitjançant la signatura; per tant, els alumnes s'han d'assegurar que han signat el full de control d'entrada i de sortida de cada una de les sessions del curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La falsificació de la signatura suposa la pèrdua del dret a certificat i l'exclusió dels cursos organitzats per TIC Mallorca durant un any. En qualsevol cas, la signatura ha de coincidir amb la del DNI o amb la de la sol·licitud d'inscripció. La penalització es farà extensible a la persona autora de la falsificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11.1 &lt;em&gt;Certificat d'assistència&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els alumnes assistents al 100 % de cursos o jornades inferiors a 10 hores tendran dret a un certificat d'assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;També obtindran el certificat d'assistència les persones que havent assistit al 100% d'un curs de 10 o més hores no hagin superat la prova d'avaluació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11.2 &lt;em&gt;Certificat d'aprofitament&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per tal d'obtenir el certificat d'aprofitament de les activitats formatives presencials que es facin dins l'horari laboral, és necessària l'assistència al 100 % de les hores i la superació de l'avaluació corresponent. No obstant això, es poden donar fins a un 20% màxim d'absències si estan degudament justificades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els casos de renúncia justificada permesos són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Baixa per malaltia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Malaltia de fills menors de 12 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Absència motivada per necessitats del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Compliment d'un deure inexcusable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Accident o malaltia greu, hospitalització o defunció d'un familiar fins al segon grau de consanguinitat o afinitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els coneixements s'avaluaran mitjançant proves amb l'ús de l'ordinador o mitjançant altres modalitats d'avaluació relacionades amb el contingut de les accions formatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punt 12. Comunicació del dret al certificat d'assistència o al d'aprofitament. Reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el termini d'una setmana, comptador des de l'acabament del curs, les persones participants podran consultar si tenen dret al certificat d'assistència o al certificat d'aprofitament accedint al Portal amb el seu DNI i la seva contrasenya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TIC Mallorca no enviarà els certificats. Les persones participants d'un curs els podran recollir en el termini de quinze dies, comptador des de l'acabament del curs, en la seu de TIC Mallorca (c/ Gral. Riera, 113 Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas que una persona no pugui recollir personalment el seu certificat, el podrà recollir una altra persona autoritzada mitjançant escrit signat per la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
