2019-12-19 ca 630071 49916 CAIB ca text/html 2019-12-21 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El 30 d'agost del 2018 es va publicar al BOIB núm. 107 la Resolució del president del FOGAIBA de 23 d'agost de 2018, per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria d'ajudes per a projectes a l'empara de l'Estratègia de desenvolupament local participatiu del Grup d'Acció Local de Pesca de l'Associació Leader Illa de Menorca, en el marc de la mesura 4.1.2 del Fons Europeu Marítim i de Pesca, corresponents als anys 2018-2022. Posteriorment es va publicar la Resolució del president del FOGAIBA per la qual es corregeixen els errors detectats en la referència a la mesura 4.1.2 del Fons Europeu&nbsp; Marítim i de Pesca 2014-2020 (BOIB núm. 70, de 25 de maig de 2019).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Una vegada finalitzades les tres primeres convocatòries d'ajudes, s'ha constatat un baix nombre de sol·licituds motivat, en part, per les dificultats dels sol·licitants per complir els criteris de valoració i amb això poder obtenir la puntuació mínima necessària per poder ser beneficiari d'aquestes ajudes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El 9 d'octubre del 2019, el Consell Rector de l'Associació Leader Illa de Menorca va aprovar la modificació dels criteris de valoració dels projectes que es presentin a la convocatòria d'ajudes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">L'11 d'octubre del 2019 el Grup d'Acció Local de Pesca de l'Associació Leader Illa de Menorca ha sol·licitat modificar els criteris de valoració dels projectes productius i no productius que estableix l'Estratègia de desenvolupament local participatiu.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mitjançant la Resolució de l'organisme intermedi de gestió de les Illes Balears d'1 de setembre de 2016 (BOIB núm. 120, de 22 de setembre de 2016), es deleguen en el president del FOGAIBA les competències d'aprovació i de publicació de les convocatòries d'ajudes per als projectes que preveuen les estratègies esmentades, entre d'altres.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per tot això, en virtut de les competències que tinc atribuïdes i a proposta del director gerent del FOGAIBA, dicto la següent</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>RESOLUCIÓ</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primer</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Es modifica el punt 2 de l'apartat setè de la Resolució del president del FOGAIBA de 23 d'agost de 2018, per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria d'ajudes per a projectes a l'empara de l'Estratègia de desenvolupament local participatiu del Grup d'Acció Local de Pesca de l'Associació Leader Illa de Menorca, en el marc de la mesura 4.1.2 del Fons Europeu Marítim i de Pesca, corresponents als anys 2018-2022, publicada al BOIB núm. 107, de 30 d'agost de 2018, que queda redactada com s'indica a continuació:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">«2.
