El 9 de gener de 2019, la Comissió Negociadora del Conveni col·lectiu de l'empresa Mallorca Pearls Center, SA acordà i subscriví l'Acta d'aprovació de les taules salarials per a l'any 2019.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">2. El 19 de setembre de 2019, Alberto María Forgas Mora, en representació de la Comissió Negociadora del Conveni col·lectiu, sol·licità el registre, el dipòsit i la publicació del l'Acta esmentada.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">1. L'article 90.3 del Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels treballadors, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">2. El Reial decret 713/2010, de 28 de maig, sobre registre i dipòsit de convenis i acords col·lectius de treball.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">3. L'article 45 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:normal">Per tot això, dict la següent</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Resolució</strong></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">1. Inscriure i dipositar l'Acta de la Comissió Negociadora del Conveni col·lectiu de l'empresa Mallorca Pearls Center, SA, d'aprovació de les taules salarials per a l'any 2019 en el Registre de Convenis Col·lectius de les Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">2. Notificar aquesta Resolució a la Comissió Negociadora.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">3. Ordenar la traducció del text a la llengua castellana i fer constar que la versió castellana del text és l'original signada per la Comissió Negociadora i que la versió catalana n'és una traducció.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">4.
