48885 ca 270 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Aprovat en la sessió del Ple d'aquesta Corporació, celebrat el dia 12 de desembre de 2019, queda definitivament aprovada la proposta d'acord del president de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (IMAS), de 27 de novembre de 2019, de modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Feina (RLLF) de l'IMAS (expedient administratiu núm. 3/2019), el qual es transcriu a continuació:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primer.</strong> APROVAR la modificació de la RLLF de l'IMAS en el sentit que consta a l'annex que s'adjunta a aquesta proposta d'acord.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segon.</strong> ORDENAR la publicació d'aquesta modificació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears que començarà a vigir a partir del dia següent de la seva publicació.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercer.-</strong> REMETRE còpia d'aquesta modificació a l'Administració de l'Estat i a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Interposició de recursos </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra aquest acord, que posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar, alternativament, els recursos següents:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) El recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma de Mallorca que correspongui, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la seva publicació en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em>.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) El recurs de reposició potestatiu davant el Ple del Consell de Mallorca, en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la seva publicació en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em>.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs de reposició, hi podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del dit recurs de reposició. Si ha transcorregut un mes des de la interposició del recurs de reposició potestatiu i no n'heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu en el termini de sis mesos comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la desestimació presumpta.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No obstant l'anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú.
