Aprovar la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l'Ajuntament de Palma que figura a l'informe adjunt consistent en l'amortització del lloc de feina cap de negociat de l'escola amb codi F22030083.</p> <p>2. Establir com a data d'efectes la del dia següent de la seva aprovació.</p> <p>3. Publicar el contingut de l'Acord en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.”</p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.
