629449 950 ![CDATA[Aprovació MC 05/2019]] 2019-12-05 ca 47659 2019-12-05 47659 CAIB CAIB text/html 2019-12-03 12147 ![CDATA[<p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">D'acord amb allò que disposen els arts. 112 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del Règim Local, i l'article 169.1 del R.D.L. 2/2004, de 5 de març, text refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, es troba en exposició al públic, als efectes d'eventuals reclamacions, la Modificació del Pressupost 05/2019 aprovada inicialment pel Ple de l'Ajuntament en sessió ordinària celebrada el dia 26 de setembre de 2019.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Els interessats legitimats segons allò disposat a l'article 170.1 del R.D.L. 2/2004, de 5 de març, i pels motius taxativament enumerats en el núm. 2 de l'esmentat article, podran presentar reclamacions amb subjecció als següents tràmits:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">a) Termini d'exposició i admissió de reclamacions: Quinze dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquest anunci en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">b) Oficina a la que ha d'anar dirigit: Registre General, oficines municipals.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">c) Òrgan davant el qual es reclama: Ple de l'Ajuntament.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">En el supòsit de que no es presenti cap reclamació, l'acord d'aprovació inicial serà elevat a definitiu, sense necessitat d'adoptar nou acord.
