font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Antecedents</strong></span></span></p> <ol> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El 19 de juliol de 2018 es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 89 la Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 16 de juliol de 2018 per la qual es convoca un concurs de trasllats voluntaris per proveir places bàsiques vacants de diverses categories de personal estatutari.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Ha vençut el termini per presentar-hi sol·licituds, per la qual cosa, de conformitat amb la base 5.1 de la convocatòria, «l'autoritat convocant dictarà una resolució per aprovar les llistes provisionals d'aspirants admesos i d'aspirants exclosos del concurs de trasllats».</span></p> </li> </ol> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per això dict la següent</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Resolució</span></strong></p> <ol> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Aprovar les llistes provisionals de persones aspirants admeses i excloses del concurs de trasllats en qüestió, que figuren en l'annex d'aquesta resolució.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Recordar que, de conformitat amb la base 5.2 de la convocatòria, les persones aspirants excloses i les que no figurin ni en la llista provisional d'admeses ni en la d'excloses tenen un termini de quinze dies naturals comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació per formular reclamacions —que no tindran caràcter de recurs— o per esmenar els defectes apreciats, i advertir que no es considerarà com a esmena el fet d'aportar nous certificats de serveis prestats que no s'hagin aportat en el termini per presentar sol·licituds.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Determinar que les reclamacions s'han de considerar rebutjades si les persones interessades no apareixen com a admeses en la resolució amb la qual es publicaran les llistes definitives.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
