El 29 de desembre de 2018 es va publicar al BOIB núm. 63, la Resolució del president del Fogaiba de data 21 de desembre de 2018, per la qual es convoquen, per a l'any 2018, subvencions per a inversions en la prevenció dels danys </span><span style="color:#000000">als</span><span style="color:#000000"> boscos per incendis </span><span style="color:#000000">forestals</span><span style="color:#000000">, desastres naturals i catàstrofes.</span> </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.25cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="display:inline-block">2. De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè de l'esmentada Resolució, el termini de presentació de sol·licituds va acabar el dia 28/02/2019.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.25cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">3. Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.25cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%">4. <span style="background-color:#ffffff">Els interessats assenyalats a l'</span><strong><span style="background-color:#ffffff">Annex I </span></strong><span style="background-color:#ffffff">adjunt han presentat, dins el termini establert i en la forma escaient, tota la documentació necessària prevista a la convocatòria, i s'ha comprovat que compleixen amb els requisits exigits per poder ser beneficiaris d'aquesta ajuda.</span> </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.25cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%">5. Les actuacions sol·licitades pels interessats compleixen amb els requisits establerts a la convocatòria per tal de poder ser subvencionables.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.25cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">6. Ordre del conseller d'Agricultura, Medi Ambient i Territori de 19 de febrer de 2015, per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en el marc del Programa de Desenvolupament Rural de les Illes Balears 2014-2020.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.25cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000">3<span style="color:#000000">. </span></span></span><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Llei 35/2015 de 1 d'octubre de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques. Illes Balears, estableix a l'article 1 que el FOGAIBA assumeix l'execució de la política de la Conselleria d'Agricultura i Pesca referent a l'aplicació de les mesures de foment i millora dels sectors agrari i pesquer, a partir de l'1 de gener de 2006.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.25cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><strong>Proposta de resolució de concessió</strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.25cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%">Per tot això, s'informa favorablement i propòs al vicepresident del FOGAIBA que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.25cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="display:inline-block">1. Concedir l'ajuda sol·licitada als beneficiaris pels imports i amb els terminis detallats <span style="color:#000000">a l'</span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Annex I</strong></span><span style="color:#000000">, que són un total de 2 expedients i que comença amb ERICE DIRECTORSHIP SL i acaba amb MENORCA VAVISOL SL, qu</span>e suma un import total de 31.514,20 euros, relativa a la línia d'ajuda “Prevenció dels danys en boscos produïts per incendis, desastres naturals i catàstrofes”. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.25cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%">2. Autoritzar i disposar la despesa assenyalada a cada un dels beneficiaris amb càrrec als pressuposts i finançament detallats a l'<strong>Annex I.</strong> </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.25cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%">3. Determinar que, d'acord amb el que estableix la convocatòria de referència, les obligacions dels beneficiaris seran les indicades a l'<strong>Annex II</strong> . </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.25cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%">4.
