&lt;p style="margin-bottom:7.9pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tramitant aquest Ajuntament expedient de reforma i ampliació de sortida a planta coberta, piscina i solàrium de l'establiment turístic “Casa Chiquita” situat al Cr. Esmeragda 14 i una vegada comprovat que l'ús és compatible amb la normativa urbanística, en compliment del disposat a l'article 40 de la Llei 7/2013, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic d'instal·lació, accés i exercici d'activitats de les Illes Balears i a l'article 83.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, es procedeix a obrir un període d'informació pública per un termini de 10 dies a comptar des de l'endemà de la inserció del present anunci a efectes que les persones físiques o jurídiques, associacions, entitats veïnals i les que estiguin interessats formulin les observacions que considerin pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
