	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El 14 d'octubre de 2019, la Comissió Avaluadora va revisar i valorar les 10 sol·licituds presentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ol&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El 14 d'octubre de 2019, la instructora va signar i va publicar la Proposta de resolució de l'instructor en relació amb la convocatòria d'ajuts per donar suport a les activitats d'estudis locals que es celebrin a les Illes Balears durant l'any 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la presidenta de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
