&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Esmenar l’errada material, observada l'annex 1 de les bases aprovades Decret 15095 i publicades al BOIB núm. 110 de 10 d’agost per cobrir 22 places vacants de policia local, pertanyent a l'Escala d’Administració Especial, Subescala serveis especials, escala Bàsica, grup C, subgrup C1, dotades pressupostàriament i corresponents a l'Oferta pública d'ocupació per a l'any 2019, mitjançant el procediment extraordinari; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;I rectificar, en el sentit que: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Allà on posa &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.1. Història i evolució de la ciutat.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Publicar aquesta resolució a la web de l'Ajuntament de Palma i al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l’ha dictada, conformement el que disposa l’article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d’octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. El termini per interposar-lo és d’un mes comptat des de l’endemà de rebre la present notificació. En aquest cas no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que s’hagi resolt el de reposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El recurs de reposició potestatiu s’ha de presentar al registre general d’aquest Ajuntament o a les dependències a què es refereix l’article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d’octubre, abans esmentada, i es considerarà desestimat quan no s’hagi resolt ni notificat la resolució, en el termini d’un mes, comptat des de l’endemà de la seva interposició. En aquest cas queda expedita la via contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no s’utilitza el recurs potestatiu de reposició, es pot interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, conformement al que estableix l’article esmentat anteriorment, i els 45 i següents de la llei 29/98, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos comptats des de l’endemà de rebre la present notificació. Això sense perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs o acció que es consideri convenient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
