La consellera executiva de Presidència, dia 27 d'agost de 2019, va aprovar l'expedient de convocatòria pública de subvencions per promoure la igualtat i foment d'accions per fer efectiu els drets de no discriminació a les persones LGTBI, any 2019 (BOIB núm. 119, de 29 d'agost de 2019).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. La Comissió Avaluadora, reunida el dia 14 d'octubre de 2019, va examinar i avaluar les sol·licituds presentades, d'acord amb els requisits del punt sisè de la convocatòria, els criteris de valoració de les sol·licituds que s'estableixen en els punts tretzè i catorzè i fent comprovació de la documentació prevista al punt dotzè, fet que es concreta amb el següent resultat:</span></p> <table border="1" cellspacing="0" style="width:679px"> <thead> <tr> <th scope="col" style="vertical-align:top; font-size:12px">Per altra banda,&nbsp; la Comissió Avaluadora acordà proposar la denegació de la subvenció al ajuntament de Artà, a la associació de Mestresses de Sa Cabaneta i a l'agrupació de persones físiques Balears Diversa, pels següents motius:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Ajuntament d'Artà: no estant compreses les millores dels plans dins de l'objecte subvencionable, tal com es recull en l'apartat 3 de la convocatòria, a més que el seu&nbsp; pla d'igualtat aprovat en plenari de març de 2018, no es troba dins del període subvencionable en aquesta convocatòria que s'inicia el 16 de juliol de 2018 fins el 15 de setembre de 2019.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mestresses de Sa Cabaneta: aquesta associació ha sol·licitat la subvenció de diverses activitats que no compleixen en si mateixes el objecte de la convocatòria per a la línia 2 establert en l'apartat 3 de les bases.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Balears Diversa: aquesta agrupació de persones físiques ha presentat dos projectes que &nbsp;incompleix el requisit de persones destinatàries segons àmbit territorial previst a l'apartat 6.1.2 de la convocatòria</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Dia 17 d'octubre de 2019, l'òrgan instructor va emetre informe relatiu al compliment per part dels ajuntaments i associacions dels requisits necessaris per accedir a la subvenció.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. L'aportació econòmica que representa la convocatòria està prevista dins el pressupost del Consell de Mallorca per a l'any 2019 amb càrrec a les partides pressupostàries 00.23167.46200 i 00.23167.48900, i es disposa dels corresponents certificats d'existència de crèdit.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. L'Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell Insular de Mallorca aprovada pel Ple del Consell de Mallorca, en sessió de dia 23 de desembre de 2016 (BOIB núm. 21, de 18 de febrer de 2017), modificada per Acord del Ple de 14 de juny de 2018 (BOIB núm. 96, de 4 d'agost de 2018) en la qual s'estableix el règim jurídic general de les subvencions atorgades pel Consell Insular de Mallorca.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. La convocatòria pública de subvencions per promoure la igualtat i foment d'accions per fer efectiu els drets de no discriminació a les persones LGTBI , any 2019 aprovada per resolució de la consellera executiva de Presidència, dia 27 d'agost de 2019 (BOIB núm. 119, de 29 d'agost).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Denegar la subvenció a &nbsp;l'Ajuntament d'Artà amb CIF P0700600J, a l'associació Mestresses de Sa Cabaneta amb CIF G07318132 i a l'agrupació de persones físiques Balears Diversa, per incomplir els requisits del període subvencionable i el de persones destinatàries segons àmbit territorial, previstos a l'apartat 6 de la convocatòria, i del objecte de la convocatòria del apartat 3.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Disposar d'una despesa de 20.977,88€ a favor dels ajuntaments de la línia 1 (L1) a càrrec de la partida 00.23167.46200 i d'una despesa de 8.075,00€ a favor de les associacions (L2 i L3) a càrrec de la partida 00.23167.48900, que figuren en el quadre anterior.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Revertir el sobrant per import de 19.022,12€ a la partida 00.23167.46200 i de 51.925,00€ a la partida 00.23167.48900, i barrar els imports (A/) , d'acord amb l'art. 13 de la convocatòria.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. Notificar aquesta resolució a Intervenció General i a les persones&nbsp; beneficiàries i remetre al BOIB i a la BDNS les dades relatives a les subvencions concedides per a la seva publicació.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra aquesta resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs d'alçada en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de rebre aquesta notificació.
