    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Llei 15/2019, de 29 de març, de modificació del Text refós de la Llei de Consells Escolars de les Illes Balears, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 112/2001, de 7 de setembre, estableix la composició del Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears -CEIB-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'apartat 7 de l'article únic de la Llei 15/2019 estableix una nova redacció de l'article 9.1 del citat text refós i determina els membres que integren el Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'article 9.3 de l'esmentat text refós disposa que els vocals del Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears han de ser nomenats per resolució del conseller d'Educació, Universitat i Recerca, d'acord amb les propostes formulades pels grups corresponents en els termes que reglamentàriament es determinin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La disposició addicional segona de la Llei 15/2019 estableix que &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;el Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears s'ha de constituir en el termini de tres mesos comptadors a partir de l'entrada en vigor d'aquesta llei amb la composició i amb els nomenaments del president i del vicepresident que s'estableixen en l'article únic. Queda vàlidament constituït en el moment en què s'hi integrin, com a mínim, dos terços dels components.&lt;/span&gt; A més, disposa que les entitats, els organismes i les institucions representats al Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears han de comunicar els noms dels seus representants en el termini de quinze dies comptadors des de la notificació de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma mitjançant la qual se'ls requereix que els designin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Resolució del Conseller d'Educació, Universitat i Recerca de dia 3 d'octubre de 2019 de cessament i nomenament de nous membres, titulars i suplents del CEIB, disposà el cessament de tots els membres del CEIB i nomenà la major part dels nous membres (BOIB núm. 140, de 15 d'octubre de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tenint en compte les darreres propostes de nomenaments de nous representants titulars i suplents al Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears, el president del Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears ha formulat la proposta de nomenaments mitjançant escrit de 23 d'octubre de 2019, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 17.o) del Reglament d'organització i funcionament del Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tal que sigui possible el funcionament del Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears, esdevé legalment necessari mantenir en el seu càrrecs les persones que actualment exerceixen de president i vicepresident, fins que el nou president i el nou vicepresident siguin nomenats i prenguin possessió d'aquests càrrecs, d'acord amb el que disposa La Llei 15/2019, de 29 de març, de modificació del Text refós de la Llei de Consells Escolars de les Illes Balears, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 112/2001, de 7 de setembre, que estableix la composició del Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 11.4 del Reglament d'organització i funcionament del Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears, dict la següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Primer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nomenar les persones que tot seguit s'indiquen com a nous membres del Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Grup f: representants de centrals i organitzacions sindicals&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tercer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Disposar que d'acord amb l'apartat 4 de la disposició addicional segona de la Llei 15/2019, els terminis de renovació dels membres del Ple del Consell Escolar s'han de computar a partir de la nova sessió de constitució d'aquest òrgan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quart&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
