2019-10-29 text/html 10604 ca 2019-10-25 310 43070 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:115%">El Regidor d'Esports , en data 23 d'octubre ha dictat la següent Resolució:</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Resolució del Regidor d'Esports de 23 d'octubre de 2019 per la qual es concedeixen ajudes a la promoció dels esportistes&nbsp; locals 2019-2020.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Fets</strong></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%">1.&nbsp; El 5 de setembre de 2019 es va publicar al BOIB número 122 la Resolució del Regidor d'Esports de 2 de setembre per la qual es convoquen ajudes per a la promoció dels esportistes locals 2019-2020.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%">2. En data 11 d'octubre de 2019 es va publicar a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Ses Salines la Proposta de resolució de concessió de les ajudes per esportistes locals del curs acadèmic 2019-2020 i es va obrir el termini pertinent per presentar-hi al·legacions.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%">3. Una vegada finalitzat el termini, no s'ha rebut cap al·legació.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Fonaments de dret.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%">1. La llei General de Subvencions 38/2003, de 17 de novembre i el reglament que la desenvolupa aprovat per reial decret 887/2006 , de 21 de juliol. </span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%">2. El Decret Legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears ( BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de desembre).</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%">3. El Decret del Regidor d'Esports de 2 de setembre de 2019 pel qual es convoquen ajudes per a la promoció dels esportistes locals 2019-2020.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%">&nbsp;(BOIB número 122, de 5 de setembre de 2019).</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%">4. L'article 6 i 15 de l'Ordenança General núm. 15, reguladora de subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Ses Salines (BOIB núm. 116, de 21 d'agost de 2004).</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%">5. Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Resolució</strong></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%">1. Autoritzar, disposar, reconèixer l'obligació i ordenar el pagament dels ajuts econòmics que es relacionen a l'annex 1 en concepte de subvencions&nbsp; per a la promoció dels esportistes locals&nbsp; 2019-2020, per un import de 250 € (dos-cents cinquanta euros) a cadascun&nbsp; d'ells amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 341.481.01 del pressupost de despeses 2019.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%">Les sol·licituds d'aquestes persones compleixen els requisits establerts i presenten completa la documentació exigida&nbsp; a la convocatòria.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%">2. Excloure els sol·licitants que figuren en l'annex 2 de la convocatòria de les ajudes per a la promoció d'esportistes locals 2019-2020. Els motius d'exclusió s'indiquen en l'annex 3.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%">3. Disposar que aquesta Resolució es publiqui en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears </em>i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Ses Salines (www.ajsessalines.net).</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Interposició de recursos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el mateix òrgan administratiu que va dictar l'acte,&nbsp; en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">També s'hi pot interposar directament un&nbsp; contenciós-administratiu, davant el Jutjat del Contenciós Administratiu les Illes Balears, en el termini de 2 mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació (Article 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, Reguladora de la Jurisdicció Contenciós-Administrativa).
