    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sessió celebrada el 18 d'octubre de 2019, adoptà, per unanimitat, el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Aprovar les condicions tècniques per a la gestió de la barra&amp;nbsp; per a les Festes de Nadal 2019-2020 a l'envelat de Sant Francesc, les quals s'adjunten com a annex en aquest document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Publicar aquest acord en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), en el tauler d'anuncis de la Corporació, i a la pàgina web del Consell, als efectes legals oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Condicions tècniques per a la gestió de la barra&amp;nbsp; per a les Festes de Nadal 2019-2020 a l'envelat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Objecte:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:10pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Podran sol·licitar un espai per instal·lar una barra per a despatxar begudes pels concerts organitzats amb motiu de les Festes de Nadal a l'envelat, aquelles entitats sense ànim de lucre inscrites en el Registre d'Entitats Ciutadanes del Consell Insular de Formentera, que tenguin l'àmbit d'actuació a l'illa de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:10pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera per a les Festes de Nadal 2019-2020 adjudicarà un màxim d'una barra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:10pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les mesures de l'espai a demanar seran de: 4 m de llarg i 2 d'ample.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:10pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'haurà d'emplenar una sol·licitud que s'adjunta &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a aquest document c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;om annex I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:10pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Juntament amb la sol·licitud, s'haurà de presentar la documentació que acrediti que l'entitat es troba al corrent de pagament amb el Consell Insular de Formentera, una memòria explicativa de l'entitat, (nom, activitats que realitzen, història, acció social, cultural o esportiva, àmbit local o sortida a l'exterior, història, ingressos, despeses i a què destinaran els beneficis de la barra),&amp;nbsp; i&amp;nbsp; d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;eclaració que acrediti que l'associació està donada d'alta al Registre d'Associacions del Govern Balear i al Registre d'Entitats Ciutadanes de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si algun dels documents exigits, ja estigués en poder de l'àrea de Participació Ciutadana del Consell de Formentera, el sol·licitant de l'adjudicació podrà acollir-se al que estableixen els articles 13 i 53 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, LPACAP, sempre que no hagin sofert cap modificació des de la seva aportació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:10pt"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff3333"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Valoració:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'Àrea de Cultura &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;avaluarà les sol·licituds presentades, segons les següents categories:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Categoria A: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Associacions Culturals i Comissions de Festes que organitzin festes populars de Formentera, sufragades majoritàriament per l'associació i que a l'hora fomentin l'acció dinamitzadora i promoguin la participació ciutadana en la societat formenterera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Categoria B: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Associacions Culturals i/o d'acció social que reinverteixin part dels seus beneficis en la societat formenterera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Categoria C:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Entitats esportives de l'illa de Formentera, on es tindrà en compte:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. antiguitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. categoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. nombre de socis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. repercussió en la societat formenterera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Entraran totes aquelles entitats corresponents a la categoria A, i en els casos d'entitats corresponents a les categories B i C es farà una valoració de totes les entitats presentades, tenint preferència les del grup B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Pagament:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El preu estipulat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;serà de 9 € per metre quadrat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i dia sol·licitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El pagament s'haurà d'efectuar mitjançant transferència bancària abans del dia 1 de desembre de 2019. En cas contrari l'associació perdrà de forma automàtica la concessió/autorització de l'espai sol·licitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els números de compte del Consell Insular de Formentera on es pot fer l'ingrés, són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Disposicions generals:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12pt"&gt;4.1 Prohibicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les entitats i/o associacions beneficiàries, quedaran sotmeses, entre d'altres, a les següents prohibicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'ús de forn, microones,&amp;nbsp; planxes de gas i graelles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'ús d'aparells individuals de música i/o altaveus. Pintar, fixar ni fer forats en cap del material cedit (en el cas que sigui cedit) pel Consell Insular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; (Contenidors, cavallets, taulons, taules i cadires).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Usar material de vidre (plats, gots)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Queda prohibit vendre begudes alcohòliques a menors d'edat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.2 Obligacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les entitats i/o associacions beneficiàries, quedaran sotmeses, entre d'altres, a les obligacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Disposar de l'estructura i capacitat suficients per garantir el compliment de l'activitat per a la qual se sol·licita l'adjudicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Disposar d'una pòlissa d'accidents que doni cobertura als treballadors i/o voluntaris de cada barra. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Disposar d'una pòlissa de responsabilitat civil de l'associació derivada de l'activitat de la barra, els possibles danys a tercers, provocats per la consumició dels productes que es serveixen a les barres, i que estigui en vigor durant tots els dies que es realitzi l'activitat. Es recomanen capitals establerts pel conveni laboral d'hosteleria de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les pòlisses s'hauran de presentar una una vegada resolta l'adjudicació de la barra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:red"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mantenir i netejar el material i l'espai cedit, i retornar-lo amb les mateixes condicions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Complir&amp;nbsp; amb l'horari d'obertura, inici de la festa, i tancament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El 14 de desembre. Obertura a les 22.00 h i tancament a les 04.00 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El 31 de desembre (1 de gener de 2020). Obertura a les 00.15 i tancament les 04.00h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Complir&amp;nbsp; amb la normativa de seguretat (extintors) així com no obstaculitzar cap sortida ni entrada de cap carrer principal segons el que s'estableix en els plans d'emergència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'entitat podrà muntar la barra el primer dia d'inici de festa&amp;nbsp; (14 de desembre de 2019&amp;nbsp; al matí&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, i&amp;nbsp; desmuntar-la&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;com a màxim dos dies després de la darrera festa (2 de gener 2020)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'entitat podrà sol·licitar a l'àrea d'infrastructures del Consell Insular de Formentera el material pel muntatge de les barres &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(cavallets, taulons i taules).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'associació està &lt;strong&gt;obligada a realitzar la recollida selectiva dels següents materials: Vidre, envasos, paper cartó i rebuig.&lt;/strong&gt; El Consell proporcionarà la cesio dels tres contenidors a l'entitat, que els retornarà nets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Presentació de sol·licituds:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquestes condicions econòmiques es publicaran al BOIB, al tauler d'anuncis del Consell Insular de Formentera i a la seva pàgina web: consellinsulardeformentera.cat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les entitats o associacions tindran de termini fins el dia 8 de novembre de 2019 per presentar tota la documentació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Comissió avaluadora:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;És constituirà una Comissió Avaluadora, que estarà formada pels següents membres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- President/a: Tècnica de Cultura del CIF, o persona en qui delegui la consellera de cultura de la corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Secretari/ària: el secretari en funcions de la corporació o persona en qui delegi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 3 vocals: Tècnics del Consell Insular de Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Acceptació de les bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els sol·licitants accepten les presents condicions pel simple fet de presentar-se a l'adjudicació, i queden obligats al seu compliment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
