    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En sessió extraordinària celebrada dia 6 de setembre de 2019, el Ple de l'Ajuntament de Alcúdia va aprovar per unanimitat la proposta d'ajuts econòmics al estudi adreçats a estudiants d'Alcúdia beneficiaris del programa Erasmus plus 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 9.3 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, per mitjà del present edicte se publiquen les bases referides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;I alhora, s'obre el període de presentació de sol·licituds a partir del dia següent de la publicació de les presents bases al BOIB i durant els quinze (15) dies naturals posteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ADREÇADA A ESTUDIANTS D'ALCÚDIA, BENEFICIARIS DEL PROGRAMA ERASMUS+ 2017/18&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, convoca una línia &lt;strong&gt;d'AJUTS ECONÒMICS&lt;/strong&gt;, per a &lt;strong&gt;ESTUDIANTS UNIVERSITARIS D'ALCÚDIA BENEFICIARIS D'UNA BECA ERASMUS+ realitzada entre l'1 d'octubre de 2017 i 30 de setembre de 2018.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES QUE REGULEN LA CONVOCATÒRIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&lt;strong&gt; OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA, NOMBRE I QUANTIA DELS AJUTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;S'estableixen ajuts econòmics en les despeses que tenen els actuals estudiants universitaris empadronats al municipi d'Alcúdia i que han gaudit d'una beca de mobilitat internacional Erasmus+ dins el període comprès entre l'1 d'octubre de 2017 i 30 de setembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El nombre total d'ajuts econòmics dins la present convocatòria és de 4, i aniran destinats a aquelles sol·licituds que tinguin major puntuació, d'acord amb les condicions d'atorgament que es plasmen a les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La quantia destinada a cada ajut és de 500€ que es liquidarà mitjançant un sol pagament, que es farà efectiu una vegada s'hagi conclòs la tramitació administrativa de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A aquestes quanties se'ls aplicaran les retencions fiscals que pertoquin segons la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;-REQUISITS:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El sol·licitant ha d'estar &lt;strong&gt;empadronat al municipi d'Alcúdia&lt;/strong&gt;, amb una antiguitat mínima de dos anys (2), a comptar des de la data de publicació de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El sol·licitant ha d'haver &lt;strong&gt;gaudit d'una beca ERASMUS+&lt;/strong&gt; i haver-la &lt;strong&gt;realitzada dins el període comprès entre l'1 d'octubre de 2017 i 30 de setembre de 2018.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ol start="3"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;S'estableix segons la &lt;strong&gt;unitat familiar del sol·licitant&lt;/strong&gt; (*1A ó *1B)&amp;nbsp; un &lt;strong&gt;llindar màxim d'ingressos de Renda&lt;/strong&gt; (*2) total dels membres declarants de l'exercici 2018.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Especificacions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;(*1A) S'atendrà com a “Unitat familiar”, &lt;/strong&gt;la corresponent al nombre total de membres que componen un mateix nucli familiar (conjunt de persones amb parentiu que convisquin plegats en un mateix domicili en el qual estan empadronats, inclòs el sol·licitant).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;(*1B)&lt;/strong&gt; En cas que el sol·licitant al·legui la seva &lt;strong&gt;emancipació o independència&lt;/strong&gt; familiar i econòmica, haurà d'acreditar de forma fefaent que compta amb mitjans econòmics propis suficients que permetin la seva independència econòmica, així com, informar de la titularitat (o lloguer) del seu domicili habitual on està empadronat. Com a mitjans econòmics propis suficients, s'atendrà com a mínim als resultants mensual del salari mínim interprofessional 2019, establert en 900'00 euros mensuals, (en cas anual de 10.800,00 euros -12 pagues- ò 12.600,00 euros -14 pagues).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si el sol·licitant no pot justificar els anteriors indicadors s'entendrà no provada la seva independència econòmica passant a computar totes les rendes de la unitat (o unitats) familiars dels seus progenitors, ja que s'entendrà que són aquets que ho sustenten. En aquest darrer cas el sol·licitant haurà d'aportar tota la documentació requerida en relació a les rendes familiars o qualsevol altra aspecte esmentat dins les presents bases i dins els terminis establers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(*2) En el cas de rendes familiars, &lt;/strong&gt;s'entendrà el còmput econòmic total que ingressa una determinada “unitat familiar” durant una anualitat (conjunt de persones amb parentiu que convisquin plegats en&amp;nbsp; un mateix domicili en el qual estan empadronats, inclòs el sol·licitant).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A nivell orientatiu i aclaridor s'entendrà per “membres” de una determinada “Unitat Familiar” els:&amp;nbsp; ascendents, descendents i germans que convisquin amb el sol·licitant, com per exemple:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els ascendents dels pares que tinguin la residència en el mateix domicili (padrins).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els pares del sol·licitant,&amp;nbsp; (no separats legalment).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El propi sol·licitant i el seu cònjuge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els fills del sol·licitant menors d'edat, amb excepció dels emancipats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els fills majors d'edat amb discapacitat psíquica, física o sensorial o incapacitats judicialment demostrables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Altres membres familiar amb parentiu que resideix de forma permanent amb el sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas de separació o divorci no es considerarà membre computable aquell que no convisqui amb el sol·licitant de la beca. No obstant això, tindrà consideració de membre computable la nova parella o persona unida per anàloga relació, i per tant les seves rendes s'inclouran dins el còmput de la renda familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Criteris econòmics&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Queden exclosos de la present convocatòria:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El personal que a la data de finalització de presentació de sol·licituds, treballi com a personal funcionari o laboral a l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia i/o a qualsevol altre organisme o empresa pública que en depengui totalment o parcialment, a més, dels seus descendents directes o sol·licitants que en depenguin econòmicament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Qualsevol dels altres estudis no contemplats a la presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Compatibilitat de la beca&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia declara expressament la compatibilitat d'aquesta beca envers qualsevol altres tipus d'ajudes, beques o subvencions, qualsevol que sigui la seva naturalesa, caràcter o denominació, i qualsevulla qui sigui la persona, organisme o entitat convocant. No obstant això, aquesta compatibilitat s'ha d'entendre sense perjudici del règim d'incompatibilitat que puguin establir les bases de les demés ajudes, beques o subvencions que l'interessat pretengui sol·licitar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CRITERIS DE CONCESSIÓ DE LES AJUDES I BAREMACIÓ DE LES SOL·LICITUDS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Pel que fa als criteris de concessió de les beques s'atendrà el següent, en el moment de registrar la sol·licitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per tal d'acomplir la tramitació administrativa de la present convocatòria es crearà una comissió tècnica amb la finalitat de donar tràmit, resoldre dubtes, interpretar les presents bases, valoració dels expedients o qualsevol altra circumstància referent a la resolució de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aquesta comissió estarà formada com a mínim per tres tècnics de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia anomenats de forma expressa, a aquesta comissió s'hi podran incorporar altres tècnics que es determini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aquesta comissió treballarà de forma periòdica i permanent fins a la culminació i resolució definitiva de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- RESOLUCIÓ DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La resolució de la convocatòria amb els alumnes beneficiaris i l'import de la beca concedida, s'exposaran al tauler d'edictes de l'Ajuntament i també, a la pàgina WEB de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra aquesta podrà interposar-se recurs de reposició en el termini d'un mes des de la seva publicació o recurs contenciós administratiu en el termini de dos mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
