EXAMEN I APROVACIÓ PROPOSTA MODIFICACIÓ DEL RÈGIM DE DEDICACIÓ, RETRIBUCIONS I INDEMNITZACIONS DELS MEMBRES DE LA CORPORACIÓ.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">&nbsp;<span style="line-height:normal">Es presenta proposta de Batlia de data 11/07/2019, que a continuació es transcriu:</span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong><span style="line-height:115%">“</span></strong><span style="line-height:115%">Conformement amb el disposat als articles 73.3, 75, 75.bis i 75.ter&nbsp; de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de bases de règim local, a l'article 74.2, 77,2 i 3 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, el Ple de l'Ajuntament determinarà els membres de les corporacions municipals que exerciran els seus càrrecs amb dedicació exclusiva o parcial, les seves retribucions i el règim de dedicació mínima per a la percepció de les dites retribucions.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per altre banda, d'acord amb els articles 73.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de bases de règim local, i 77.2 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, el Ple de l'Ajuntament podrà assignar als grups polítics una dotació econòmica que comptarà amb un component fix idèntic per a tots els grups, i un component variable en funció del nombre de membres de cada grup. </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Aquesta dotació tindrà per finalitat sufragar el cost de les activitats socials desenvolupades pels grups, així com els estudis, informes i actuacions necessàries en relació als assumptes municipals, sense que es puguin dedicar al pagament de remuneracions de personal de qualsevol tipus ni a l'adquisició de béns que puguin constituir actius fixes de caràcter patrimonial. Aquesta aportació no es pot destinar al pagament de personal o a l'adquisició de béns que puguin constituir actius fixos de caràcter patrimonial.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Els grups han de disposar d'un número d'identificació fiscal propi, diferenciat del que tingui el partit polític al qual es trobi vinculat. També han de disposar d'un compte corrent de la seva titularitat.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">2.- Per poder ser beneficiaris de l'aportació els grups han d'acreditar, d'una banda, que estan al corrent de les obligacions tributàries davant la Seguretat Social i davant l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia i, de l'altra, en l'expedient ha de quedar manifest que no s'ha dictat cap resolució declarativa de procedència del reintegrament de la subvenció o de pèrdua al dret del cobrament.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Els grups polítics hauran de dur una comptabilitat específica d'aquesta dotació que es posarà a disposició del Ple de la Corporació sempre que aquest ho sol·liciti.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Tot i aixó, d'acord amb el que disposa a l'art. 73.3 LRBRL llei 7/85 de 2 d'abril.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">3.- Fixar una dotació econòmica trimestral als grups polítics que es constitueixen en aquesta nova Corporació municipal, que constarà dels següents components:</span></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
