El 5 de setembre de 2019 es va publicar al BOIB número 122 la Resolució del Regidor d'Educació i Primera Infància per la qual es convoquen subvencions al transport als estudiants del terme municipal de Ses Salines a altres centres escolars d'ensenyament secundari no obligatori (exceptuant estudis universitaris) per al curs 2019-2020.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">2. En data 3 d'octubre finalitzava el termini per presentar sol·licituds a dita convocatòria.<strong> </strong>I, un cop revisades les sol·licituds, totes compleixen els requisits establerts i presenten completa la documentació exigida&nbsp; a la convocatòria.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Fonaments de dret.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1. La llei General de Subvencions 38/2003, de 17 de novembre i el reglament que la desenvolupa aprovat per reial decret 887/2006 , de 21 de juliol. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">2. El Decret Legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears ( BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de desembre).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">3. El Decret del Regidor d'Educació i Primera Infància de 3 de setembre de 2019 pel qual es convoquen subvencions al transport als estudiants del terme municipal de Ses Salines a altres centres escolars d'ensenyament secundari no obligatori (exceptuant estudis universitaris) per al curs 2019-2020. (BOIB número 122, de 5 de setembre de 2019).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">4. L'article 6 i 15 de l'Ordenança General núm. 15, reguladora de subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Ses Salines (BOIB núm. 116, de 21 d'agost de 2004).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">5. Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:36pt; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Resolució</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1. Admetre totes les sol·licituds presentades, atès que compleixen els requisits establerts i presenten completa la documentació exigida&nbsp; a la convocatòria.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Autoritzar, disposar, reconèixer l'obligació i ordenar el pagament dels ajuts &nbsp;econòmics que es relacionen a l'annex 1 en concepte&nbsp; de subvencions al transport a altres centres escolars d'ensenyament secundari no obligatori (exceptuant estudis universitaris) per al curs 2019-2020, per un import de 50 € (cinquanta euros) a cadascun d'ells amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 4422.481.00 del pressupost de despeses 2019.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">3. Disposar que aquesta Resolució es publiqui en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, </em>a la Base Nacional de Subvencions, al Taulell d'anuncis<em> &nbsp;</em>i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Ses Salines <span style="color:null">(www.ajsessalines.net)</span><u><span style="color:null">.</span></u></span></span></p> <p><strong>Interposició de recursos</strong></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el mateix òrgan administratiu que va dictar l'acte, &nbsp;en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">També s'hi pot interposar directament un &nbsp;contenciós-administratiu, davant el Jutjat del Contenciós Administratiu les Illes Balears, en el termini de 2 mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació (Article 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, Reguladora de la Jurisdicció Contenciós-Administrativa).
