&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. En el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 76, de 8 de juny de 2019, es va publicar la Resolució de la presidenta de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics (IEB) de 21 de maig de 2019 per la qual es convoquen subvencions per donar suport a la &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;l'organització de residències d'artistes i de comissariat d'arts visuals a les Illes Balears per a l'any 2019&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El 9 de setembre de 2019, la Comissió Avaluadora va revisar i valorar les 6 sol·licituds presentades entre el 8 de juny i el 31 d'agost de 2019, amb els números d'expedient compresos entre l'AVRES-1/2019 i l'AVRES-6/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. El 18 de setembre de 2019, l'instructor va signar i va publicar la Proposta de resolució de l'instructor en relació amb la convocatòria d'ajuts per donar suport a l'organització de residències d'artistes i de comissariat d'arts visuals a les Illes Balears per a l'any 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. No s'han presentat alegacions a la proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. D'acord amb l'apartat &lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; de l'article 10.1 dels Estatuts de l'IEB, aprovats pel Decret 48/2018, de 21 de desembre (BOIB núm. 160, de 22 de desembre de 2018; correcció d'errades: BOIB núm. 6, de 12 de gener de 2019), correspon al president de l'IEB convocar i atorgar subvencions, i no al director de l'ens, tal com estableix el punt 10 de la Resolució de la presidenta de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;de 5 de febrer de 2019,&lt;/span&gt; per la qual cosa aquesta Resolució ha de ser dictada per la presidenta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La Resolució de la presidenta de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics de 21 de maig de 2019 per la qual es convoquen subvencions per donar suport a l'organització de residències d'artistes i de comissariat d'arts visuals a les Illes Balears per a l'any 2019 (BOIB núm. 76, de 8 de juny de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. L'article 10.1.&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; dels Estatuts de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics, aprovats pel Decret 48/2018, de 21 de desembre (BOIB núm. 160, de 22 de desembre de 2018; correcció d'errades: BOIB núm. 6, de 12 de gener de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. La disposició addicional primera del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de desembre de 2005). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. L'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura d'1 de juliol de 2009 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d'educació i cultura (BOIB núm. 100, d'11 de juliol de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Aprovar i concedir subvencions per un import total de &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;7.661,72&lt;/span&gt; € a favor dels beneficiaris que s'inclouen en l'annex &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Autoritzar i disposar la despesa indicada a cada un dels beneficiaris a càrrec dels pressuposts i imports detallats en l'annex 1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Denegar la concessió de subvencions a les sol·licituds que apareixen en l'annex 2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la presidenta de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
