ca 627248 2019-10-10 CAIB CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">El Decret 22/2018 de 6 de juliol pel qual es regula el desembarcament, la primera venda, la traçabilitat i el control dels productes pesquers a les Illes Balears estableix a l'article 16 que, per tal de combatre la comercialització fraudulenta de determinades espècies de productes pesquers, la Direcció General de Pesca i Medi Marí ha de dictar anualment una resolució en la qual s'indiquin les espècies i les talles que s'han d'etiquetar i el contingut de la informació que ha d'aparèixer a les etiquetes.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">El 26 d'abril de 2019, el conseller de Medi Ambient, Agricultura i Pesca va dictar una nova Resolució per la qual s'indicaven les espècies i les talles dels productes pesquers que s'havien d'etiquetar i fixava el contingut de la informació que ha d'aparèixer a les etiquetes.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Amb l'objecte d'ampliar i corregir la informació que figura a la Resolució esmentada, especialment pel que fa a les denominacions comercials d'algunes de les espècies, esdevé necessari dictar una nova resolució en compliment de l'article 16 del Decret 22/2018 esmentat.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">La traçabilitat és l'instrument que fa arribar la major informació al consumidor, sense perjudici de la informació voluntària que pugui ampliar el detallista sempre que redundi en benefici d'una millora del criteri d'elecció del consumidor final.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">El Decret 21/2019, de 2 d'agost de la Presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears disposa entre altres que la Conselleria d'Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentació, exerceix, entre altres, la competència en matèria d'ordenació pesquera.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; Totes les llagostes han de dur la seva etiqueta o marca corresponent correctament ajustada a l'antena, procurant que no quedi fluixa i es pugui desetiquetar.
