    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mitjançant Resolució de la presidenta de l'Institut d'Indústries Culturals de les Illes Balears de 23 de setembre de 2019 es va aprovar la convocatòria pública i les bases per a la selecció del director gerent de l'Institut d'Indústries Culturals de les Illes Balears (ICIB), publicat al BOIB núm. 130, de 24 de setembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ateses les funcions del director gerent de l'ICIB (art. 20 dels seus Estatuts, aprovats pel Decret 50/2018, de 21 de desembre), com, entre d'altres, les de representar legalment l'ICIB davant les administracions públiques, institucions, entitats públiques i privades, i persones físiques i jurídiques, així com d'acord amb les funcions i competències de l'ICIB (art. 5 dels Estatuts), com fomentar el desenvolupament de les empreses relacionades amb les industries culturals i assessorar noves empreses; facilitar les relacions entre les industries culturals i les administracions públiques; difondre la informació relativa als ajuts i als serveis que les administracions destinen a les industries culturals, entre d'altres funcions, s'ha considerat adient incloure l'exigència d'un coneixement suficient de llengua catalana, i per una altra banda, valorar com a mèrit, els coneixements de català superiors als exigits com a requisit, així com el coneixement de l'anglès i d'altres llengües estrangeres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Modificar l'annex 2 de la resolució en el següent sentit: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. A la base segona (Requisits dels aspirants), s'afegeix un nou apartat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g) Estar en possessió del nivell B2 de català.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. A la base tercera (Mèrits dels aspirants), modificar l'apartat f, i afegir dos nous apartats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f) Acreditar un nivell superior de català a l'exigit com a requisit.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Coneixements de la llengua anglesa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h) Coneixements d'altres llengües estrangeres, distintes de l'anglès.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;A la base vuitena (barems de puntuació), l'apartat A) queda redactat de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A) Mèrits (currículum): fins a 40 punts&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Formació acadèmica (lletres a, b i c de la base tercera): 4 punts per cada grau i 2 punts per postgrau o màster, fins a un màxim de 10 punts; el títol que s'acrediti com a requisit no es tindrà en compte com a mèrit.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Experiència en la coordinació d'activitats (lletra d de la base tercera): 1 punt per cada activitat coordinada amb agents del sector cultural públic i privat per potenciar sinergies i incrementar la projecció pública local, nacional i internacional, fins a un màxim d'11 punts.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Experiència professional en llocs de direcció en el sector públic o privat en gestió cultural (lletra e de la base tercera): 1 punt per cada activitat de direcció, fins a un màxim de 10 punts.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Coneixements de llengua catalana: s'han d'acreditar documentalment els certificats de nivell C1 o C2 de coneixements de llengua catalana (lletra f de la base tercera) de la Junta Avaluadora de Català, de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o un altre organisme reconegut a aquest efecte en la legislació vigent; es valorarà únicament el nivell superior de coneixements, no acumulables, d'acord amb la taula següent, fins a un màxim de 4 punts.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
