    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;El Ple de l'Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu, en sessió ordinària celebrada el dia 26 de setembre de 2019, acordà l'aprovació inicial de l'expedient de modificació de crèdits núm. 2019/014491 del pressupost en vigor, en la modalitat de suplement de crèdit per a l'aplicació del superàvit pressupostari amb càrrec al romanent de tresoreria per a despeses generals, el detall del qual és el següent:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;L'import disponible s'aplicarà en la seua totalitat a finançar inversions financerament sostenibles. El resum de les aplicacions pressupostàries a què es destinarà el superàvit pressupostari, segons l'establert en l'apartat anterior, serà el següent:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;En compliment del que disposa l'article 169.1 per remissió del 177.2 del text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals aprovats pel Reial decret 2/2004, de 5 de març, se sotmet l'expedient a exposició pública pel termini de quinze dies a comptar des de l'endemà de la inserció d'aquest anunci en el BOIB, perquè les persones interessades puguin examinar l'expedient i presentar les reclamacions que estimin oportunes.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Durant el termini esmentat podrà ser examinat per qualsevol persona interessada a les dependències municipals perquè es formulin les al·legacions que s'estimin pertinents.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Si transcorregut el termini establert no s'haguessin presentat al·legacions, es considerarà aprovat definitivament l'esmentat acord.&lt;/p&gt;
