    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es fa públic que el Ple de l'Ajuntament en sessió extraordinària de dia 1 de juliol de 2019, ha adoptat l'acord relatiu al nomenament de representants de la Corporació en òrgans supramunicipals i òrgans col·legiats que a continuació es transcriu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“8. EXAMEN I APROVACIÓ PROPOSTA NOMENAMENT REPRESENTANTS AJUNTAMENT A ÒRGANS SUPRAMUNICIPALS I COL·LEGIATS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es presenta proposta de Batlia de data 26 de juny de 2019, que a continuación es transcriu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“PROPOSTA SOBRE EL NOMENAMENT DE REPRESENTANTS DE LA CORPORACIÓ EN ÒRGANS SUPRAMUNICIPALS I ÒRGANS COL·LEGIATS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 38 c) del Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals (ROF), correspon al Ple de l'Ajuntament, en l'àmbit de les seves competències i dins els trenta dies següents al de la sessió constitutiva, resoldre el nomenament dels representants de la Corporació en tota classe d'òrgans col·legiats en que aquesta hagi d'estar representada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En consideració al que disposen l'article 12 dels Estatuts de l'Organisme Autònom d'Alcúdia Radio; els articles 17 i 18 dels Estatuts del Patronat Municipal d'Esports d'Alcúdia; l'article de la Llei 9/1998, de 14 de desembre, de Consells Escolars de les Illes Balears i els respectius reglaments interns dels centres escolars; l'article 11 del Estatuts de la Fundació Biblioteca d'Alcúdia; l'article 15 dels Estatuts del Consorci d'Infraestructures de les Illes Balears; l'article 6 dels Estatuts del Consorci de Promoció Exterior d'Alcúdia; l'article 10 dels Estatuts de la Ciutat Romana de Pollentia; l'article 34 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2011, de 5 de setembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refús de la Llei de Ports de l'Estat i de la Marina Mercant; l'article 5 del Decret 121/2001, dictat per la Conselleria de Medi Ambient en data 19 d'octubre de 2001, pel qual es declara S'Albufereta Reserva Natural; i article 83 de la Llei 12/2027, de 29 de desembre , d'Urbanisme de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Consegüentment, per tot el que precedeix aquesta Batlia sotmet a consideració del plenari l'adopció dels següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ACORDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Nomenar representants de la Corporació en els òrgans que s'expressen a les persones següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
