&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;BASES DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA PER A LA CREACIÓ D'UNA BORSA DE TREBALL D'ORDENANCES, ZELADORS PER PLATGES, OBRES I ALTRES AMB CARÀCTER LABORAL TEMPORAL, PER COBRIR LES PLACES VACANTS, NECESSITATS O SUBSTITUCIONS A LA PLANTILLA DE PERSONAL D'AQUEST AJUNTAMENT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Davant la necessitat urgent de crear una borsa de treball d'ordenances, zeladors per platges, obres i altres, al no existir ja cap candidat disponible per a la contractació i haver caducat la borsa existent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base primera.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;És objecte de la present convocatòria la creació d'una borsa de treball d'ordenances, zeladors per platges, obres i altres amb caràcter laboral temporal, per cobrir les places vacants, necessitats o substitucions a la plantilla d'aquest Ajuntament en que podrà ser en horari de matí, tarda o festius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base segona.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Condicions o requisits dels/de les aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per ser admeses al procés selectiu, les persones interessades han de complir, en la data d'expiració del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds, els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, ser estranger amb residència legal a Espanya&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Tenir complerts &lt;/span&gt;setze anys&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; i no excedir, si és el cas, de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa, d'acord amb la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) No patir cap malaltia i posseir la capacitat física i psíquica necessària per realitzar les funcions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) No haver estat separat/ada, mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les Administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se incurs en cap dels supòsits d'incompatibilitat previstos en la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Estar en possessió del títol de certificat d'estudis primaris o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Estar en possessió del carnet de conduir classe B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g) Justificant d'haver efectuat l'ingrés de 20,00 euros en concepte de taxa per drets d'examen (apartat autoliquidacions a la pàgina &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;www.santjosep.org&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h) Disposar del nivell A2 de català &lt;/span&gt;expedit per la Conselleria d'Educació i Cultura del Govern Balear, EBAP o altres entitats equivalents. Els aspirants que no presentin aquest certificat hauran de superar la prova corresponent. L'anunci de la data de celebració de la prova es publicarà juntament a la llista d'admesos i exclosos al procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;D'acord amb el que preveu l'article 18.5 de la Llei 66/97, de 30 de desembre, de mesures tributaries i administratives, queden exemptes de pagament de la taxa de drets d'examen les persones amb discapacitat igual o superior al 33%. En aquest cas s'haurà d'acreditar la discapacitat.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La falta de justificació del pagament íntegre dels drets d'examen, en el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, determinarà l'exclusió definitiva de l'aspirant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas de titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger, s'haurà d'estar en possessió de la corresponent convalidació o de la credencial que ho acrediti, si és el cas, l'homologació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La titulació s'acreditarà mitjançant l'expedició dels títols corresponents per l'autoritat acadèmica competent. Aquesta mateixa autoritat podrà declarar també l'equivalència de títols.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Amb caràcter previ a la formalització del contracte, l'interessat ha de manifestar que no desenvolupa cap feina o activitat en el sector públic dels que delimita la Llei 53/84, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al Servei de les Administracions Públiques, i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els aspirants hauran de reunir els requisits establerts en aquestes bases a la finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i mantenir-los durant tot el procés selectiu. En aquest sentit, es podran efectuar les comprovacions oportunes fins a la contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base tercera.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- Les sol·licituds per prendre part en el procés selectiu s'han d'ajustar al model normalitzat de sol·licitud (annex I). Es presentaran al Registre d'Entrada de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep, dins del termini de deu dies hàbils a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria al BOIB, i s'adreçaran al Sr. Alcalde. Si el darrer dia de presentació recaigués en dia inhàbil, el termini s'entendrà ampliat fins al dia següent hàbil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;També podran presentar-se per les formes previstes a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, de l'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Illes Balears, en la redacció donada per la Llei 4/1999, de 13 de gener. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La no presentació de les sol·licituds en temps i forma determinarà la inadmissió de l'aspirant al procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- A més de les dades de caràcter personal i professional que han de constar al model normalitzat de sol·licituds, les persones interessades hi hauran d'adjuntar la documentació que s'assenyala a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Fotocòpia compulsada del document nacional d'identitat en vigor o, en cas de no posseir nacionalitat espanyola, fotocòpia compulsada del document oficial acreditatiu de la personalitat i, si és el cas, permís de residència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Còpia autenticada o fotocòpia acarada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del títol exigit a la lletra e) de la base anterior o certificat acadèmic que acrediti que té cursats i aprovats els estudis necessaris per a l'obtenció del títol corresponent, juntament amb el document que acrediti que ha abonat els drets per a la seva expedició, si n'és el cas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Fotocòpia compulsada del carnet de conduir classe B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Full d'autovaloració (annex 3) i còpia autenticada o fotocòpia acarada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; dels documents justificatius dels mèrits al·legats. El Tribunal no valorarà els mèrits que no s'acreditin juntament amb la instància de sol·licitud per participar en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Justificant d'haver abonat la taxa de 20,00 €, per participar en la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tota la documentació que es presenta en llengua estrangera ha d'anar acompanyada de la corresponent traducció jurada a la llegua catalana o a la castellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La documentació que han d'aportar les persones aspirants per acreditar el compliment des requisits exigits a la convocatòria i la relativa als mèrits al·legats, es faran mitjançant l'original o la fotocòpia compulsada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.- Les persones aspirants hauran de conservar una còpia segellada i registrada de la seua sol·licitud, per si els fos requerida en qualsevol moment del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.- La presentació de la instància implica, als efectes de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals, el consentiment dels afectats per a la seva utilització amb la finalitat que la pugui gestionar l'àrea administrativa, i n'és obligatòria la seva formalització. Els afectats disposaran, en tot cas, dels drets d'accés, rectificació, cancel·lació i oposició en els termes previstos en la legislació vigent. Serà responsable del fitxer l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base quarta.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Admissió d'aspirants.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- Acabat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, l'alcalde emetrà resolució en el termini màxim de 8&lt;/span&gt; dies naturals, que&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia i a la web &lt;/span&gt;www.santjosep.org&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, en què s'hi farà constar el DNI, la relació dels aspirants admesos i exclosos, i, si escau, la causa de la no admissió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els/les interessats/des exclosos/es disposaran d'un termini &lt;/span&gt;de tres dies hàbils&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; per procedir a la seva esmena de conformitat a l'establert a l'article 68 de la Llei 39/2015, de l'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Illes Balears i en cas contrari s'arxivarà la seva instància sense més tràmit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No serà esmenable, pel fet d'afectar el contingut essencial de la pròpia sol·licitud del sistema selectiu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La presentació de la sol·licitud fora de termini&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- No fer constar que es reuneixen tots i cada un dels requisits de capacitat exigits en les bases,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La falta d'acompliment de qualsevol requisit de participació el darrer dia del termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Qualsevol altra resultant de la normativa aplicable o d'allò previst a les bases de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Els mèrits al·legats però no aportats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La falta del pagament de la taxa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si no es presenten esmenes, es considerarà elevada a definitiva la llista de persones admeses i excloses i no caldrà tornar-la a publicar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- Les reclamacions a la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos es resoldrà mitjançant resolució d'Alcaldia en el termini màxim de 3 dies hàbils i es penjarà al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament i a la pàgina web www.santjosep.org. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la Resolució aprovatòria de la llista definitiva podran els/les interessats/ interessades interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu, en els termes de la vigent Llei reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciós-administrativa, un cop presentat, si és el cas, el recurs potestatiu de reposició previ previst a l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.- En tot cas, amb la finalitat d'evitar errors, i si se'n produeixen, possibilitar-ne l'esmena dins el termini i en la forma escaient, les persones interessades han de comprovar no només que no figuren en la relació de persones excloses sinó, a més, que els seus noms consten en la relació pertinent de persones admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.- Els errors de fet poden ser esmenats en qualsevol moment d'ofici o a petició de les persones interessades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Suplent: Sra. Esther Tur Palerm, auxiliar administrativa d'aquest Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els membres hauran d'estar en possessió d'una titulació acadèmica de nivell igual o superior que l'exigit a les persones aspirants. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- El Tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de la meitat més un dels seus membres, titulars o suplents indistintament, ni sense president/a ni secretari/a i les seves decisions s'adoptaran per majoria. En cas d'absència del president el substituirà el vocal més antic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.- El Tribunal podrà disposar la incorporació en les seues tasques d'assessors o especialistes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.- Els membres del Tribunal hauran d'abstenir-se d'intervenir, i ho notificaran a l'autoritat convocant, quan hi concorri alguna de les circumstàncies previstes a l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, o si han realitzat tasques de preparació d'aspirants a proves selectives d'accés a les places de què es tracta durant els cinc anys anteriors a la publicació de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, les persones aspirants podran recusar els membres del Tribunal quan es doni alguna de les circumstàncies esmentades al paràgraf anterior, conforme al que preveu l'article 24 de la Llei 40/2015&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base sisena.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procés de selecció &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fase 1: Prova teòrica de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Consistirà en contestar preguntes tipus test del temari annex a la convocatòria. Es valorarà amb un màxim de 30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per cada resposta incorrecta es descomptaran 0,50 punts. Les preguntes no contestades no descomptaran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Serà necessari obtenir un mínim de 15 punts per superar la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fase 2: concurs de mèrits&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els aspirants obligatòriament hauran d'emplenar el full d'autovaloració (annex 3) i adjuntar còpies dels mèrits a valorar. La puntuació màxima que es podrà assolir pels mèrits al·legats serà de 15 punts, d'acord amb el que s'estableix en els apartats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Experiència laboral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.- La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat serà de 5 punts, d'acord amb els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a.1.- Per cada mes complet de serveis prestats i reconeguts en places d'ordenança a l'Administració pública: 1 punt per any treballat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquests mèrits s'hauran d'acreditar mitjançant un certificat de l'entitat administrativa on hagin prestat serveis i vida laboral junt amb la còpia del contracte. En cas que els serveis s'haguessin prestat en la pròpia corporació s'acreditarà mitjançant declaració jurada de l'aspirant en la qual s'indicarà el període treballat (annex II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Altres titulacions i cursos.- La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat serà de 4 punts, d'acord amb els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cursos o estudis relacionats directament amb les funcions corresponents al lloc de treball impartits per centres oficials:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cursos de 20 hores lectives: 0,25 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cursos de 21 a 50 hores lectives: 0,50 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cursos de més de 50 hores lectives: 0,75 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cursos relacionats amb funcions de coordinació que es desenvolupen per l'administració: 1,00 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Títol de batxiller superior o equivalent: 1 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Valoració de coneixements de llengua catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.- La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat serà de 6 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Nivell B1: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Nivell B2 o equivalent (B): 3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Només es valorarà el certificat de nivell més alt, a excepció de si també s'acredita el nivell LA (certificat de Llenguatge Administratiu), la puntuació del qual se sumarà a l'altre nivell de català més alt acreditat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base vuitena.- Publicació de les valoracions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La puntuació obtinguda en les dues fases del procés selectiu determinarà l'ordre de situació dels aspirants de major a menor puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- Concloses les valoracions, el Tribunal qualificador farà públic al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament i a la web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;www.santjosep.org&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;una llista provisional de les puntuacions obtingudes per les persones aspirants al borsí d'ordenances, amb indicació del document nacional d'identitat. Aquesta es publicarà per odre de major a menor puntuació total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- Les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de cinc dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista, per al·legar les rectificacions pertinents sobre la valoració total provisional del procediment selectiu, les quals es resoldran en el termini de cinc dies, en el qual es publicarà la llista definitiva. En cas contrari, s'entendrà elevada a definitiva. El Tribunal qualificador elevarà la llista definitiva a l'Alcaldia per a la constitució mitjançant Decret de la borsa de treball d'ordenances. Aquesta es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia i a la pàgina web&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; www.santjosep.org.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base novena.- Incidències&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Tribunal qualificador queda facultat per interpretar aquestes bases, resoldre els dubtes i incidències que es plantegin i per prendre els acords necessaris per assegurar el correcte desenvolupament de la convocatòria aprovada, en tot allò no previst en les bases. Abans de la constitució del Tribunal qualificador s'atribueix a l'Alcaldia de l'Ajuntament la facultat d'interpretar aquestes bases i de resoldre les incidències i recursos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dins d'aquestes facultats s'inclouen les de desqualificar els aspirants i en conseqüència, no puntuar-los, quan aquells vulnerin les lleis o les bases de la convocatòria o el seu comportament suposi un abús o frau. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base desena.- Funcionament de la borsa de treball&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Quan es produeixi una proposta de contractació, aquesta es farà d'acord amb el que disposa el Reglament de funcionament de la borsa de treball aprovada pel Ple de l'Ajuntament de data 25 de febrer de 2016. Els aspirants proposats pel Tribunal qualificador presentaran, en el termini que en cada cas se li comuniqui, els documents que calguin per a la seva contractació. Si dins del termini indicat, llevat de casos de força major, els aspirants proposats no presentessin la documentació o no reunissin els requisits exigits, no podran ser contractats i quedaran anul·lades totes les actuacions, sense perjudici de les responsabilitats en què haguessin pogut incórrer. &lt;/span&gt;La renúncia al lloc de feina ofert, així com la no presentació de la documentació prevista en les presents Bases, suposarà la renuncia i exclusió de la plaça, exceptuant les següents situacions que s'hauran d'acreditar per l'interessat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es mantindrà l'ordre de la borsa de treball als aspirants que, en el moment de ser cridats, es trobin en alguna de les següents situacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Incapacitat temporal, incloent-se també la situació de suspensió de contracte per risc en l'embaràs. En aquest supòsit l'informe de baixa o certificat mèdic haurà de ser anterior a la data de la crida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Maternitat o paternitat, tant per naturalesa com per adopció o acolliment, durant aquest període, es produirà la suspensió temporal de la permanència a la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Raons de força major, apreciades per l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Trobar-se en el moment de la crida en servei actiu en qualsevol administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La justificació d'aquests casos s'haurà d'entregar en el termini concedit per presentar la documentació abans indicat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La corporació podrà deixar sense efecte la contractació, durant el primer mes des de l'inici de la prestació de serveis, si es produeix una manifestació de no idoneïtat de l'aspirant contractat per al desenvolupament de les funcions pròpies de lloc de treball i per tant es considerarà aquest període com a part integrant del procés selectiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Serà exclòs de la borsa qui un cop efectuada la crida i acceptat el contracte, renunciï després d'haver-se cursat l'alta a la Seguretat Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La borsa de treball tindrà una caducitat de tres anys a partir de la data del Decret de constitució de la borsa de treball d'ordenances.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base onzena.- Derogació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La borsa de treball creada a partir de les bases d'aquesta convocatòria deroga totes les anteriors borses de treball d'ordenances a l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base dotzena.- Impugnació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les presents Bases i tots els actes administratius que es derivin d'aquestes i de les actuacions del Tribunal qualificador, podran ser impugnats conforme al que estableix la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
