![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">En relació a la convocatòria del procés selectiu per proveir, com a personal funcionari de carrera de l'Ajuntament de Llucmajor, trenta-una places de policía local, pel sistema d'accés de torn lliure, per concurs, la Junta de Govern de data 11 de setembre de 2019, ha acordat:</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>PRIMER.-</strong> Aprovar la valoració professional setmanal de la fase de practiques del procés selectiu per proveir, com a personal funcionari de carrera de l'Ajuntament de Llucmajor, trenta-una places de policía local, pel sisema d'accés de torn lliure, per concurs, per poder avaluar metodològicament, i supervisada, de la forma més homogènia possible i amb garanties pels aspirants.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>SEGON.-</strong> Publicar el present acord en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament, a la seva pàgina web i al BOIB.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Contra aquesta Resolució podran els interessats interposar recurs potestatiu de reposició davant aquest Ajuntament, en el termini d'un mes a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació, de conformitat amb el que disposen els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions publiques.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">També podran interposar alternativament recurs contenciós-administratiu davant el Jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu amb seu a Palma de Mallorca, en el termini de dos mesos, de conformitat amb el que estableixen els articles 30, 112.3 i 114.1 c) de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions publiques, i 8, 10 i 46 de la Llei 29/1988, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">En cas d'optar per la interposició del recurs de reposició no es podrà interposar un recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que s'hagi notificat la resolución expressa del recurs de reposició o hagi transcorregut un mes de la seva interposició sense haver rebut la notificació, data en que es podrà entendre desestimat per silenci administratiu.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Tot això sense prejudici que puguin interposar qualsevol altre recurs que estimin oportu.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">La fase de pràctiques s'ha de superar de forma individual amb una nota igual o superior a 5 bimensualment.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Els aspirants que no prestin servei efectiu un mínim del 90 % del temps de pràctiques no podran ser nomenats funcionaris de carrera en finalitzar l'any, ja que s'entén que un any de pràctiques no ha de ser coincident amb un any natural.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Cada agent tindrà un comandament o responsable que l'avaluarà. No obstant això, tenint en compte que poden canviar de destinació i torns, els avaluadors setmanals podran canviar.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Els avaluadors bimensuals seran subinspector/s que recolliran l'avaluació setmanal i la completaran amb la seva pròpia valoració.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><em>Explicació: L'aspecte extern del o la policia local és molt important per a la professió que ha de desenvolupar. No es pot oblidar que la imatge transmet confiança i tranquil·litat als ciutadans</em>. </span></span></p>
