    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El 10 de setembre de 2019, el director general de Mobilitat i Transport Terrestre va aprovar inicialment el projecte de construcció «Lloc d'avançament de trens entre Sineu i Petra (PAET 2) en el tram Enllaç – Manacor de la xarxa d'SFM».&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;En compliment del que estableixen l'article 5 de la Llei 38/2015, de 29 de setembre, del sector ferroviari; l'article 10 del Reglament de la Llei del sector ferroviari; l'article 18 de la Llei de 16 de desembre de 1954, sobre expropiació forçosa; l'article 17 del seu Reglament, i l'article 83 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, se sotmet a informació pública durant un termini de trenta dies hàbils comptadors a partir de la publicació d'aquest anunci en el BOIB, perquè totes les persones interessades puguin formular les al·legacions que considerin oportunes, així como la rectificació de possibles errors que s'observin en la relació de finques afectades que s'hi adjunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El projecte, els plànols parcel·laris d'expropiació i la resta de documentació són a disposició del públic interessat a les oficines de Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca (passatge de Cala Figuera 8, Son Rutlan, 07009 de Palma) de 10.00 a 14.00 h i a l&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;'Ajuntament de Sineu&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
