&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Les persones i les entitats que figuren en l'annex 1 d'aquesta resolució han presentat a la Conselleria de Cultura, Participació i Esports una sol·licitud de subvenció per facilitar-los el transport de material esportiu entre les illes de la comunitat autònoma,&amp;nbsp; a la península, les Illes Canàries, Ceuta i Melilla&amp;nbsp; per assistir a les competicions oficials dels diferents calendaris federatius dels anys 2017, 2018 i 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. El servei d'Administració Esportiva de la Direcció General d'Esports i Joventut ha examinat les sol·licituds i no està conforme a l'atorgament de la subvenció, pels motius que s'especifiquen en l'annex 1 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. L'article 21.4 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de desembre de 2005) disposa que la resolució, que exhaureix el procediment de concessió de subvencions, s'ha de notificar individualment o mitjançant publicació en el BOIB, d'acord amb el que es disposi en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. L'Ordre del conseller de Turisme i Esports de 18 de desembre de 2012 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per concedir subvencions en matèria d'esports (BOIB núm. 2, de 3 de gener de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. L'apartat 6.5 de la Resolució de la consellera de Transparència, Cultura i Esports de 2 de gener de 2017 (BOIB núm. 13, 31/01/2017) disposa que la resolució expressa de la consellera de Transparència, Cultura i Esports finalitza el procediment de concessió de la subvenció. La resolució col·lectiva s'ha de publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;en el termini de sis mesos des de l'acabament del període de presentació de les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. La proposta de resolució de denegació d'ajudes de la Direcció General d'Esports de dia 15 de juliol de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Denegar la concessió d'una subvenció, per facilitar-los el transport de material esportiu entre les illes de la comunitat autònoma,&amp;nbsp; a la península, les Illes Canàries, Ceuta i Melilla per assistir a les competicions oficials dels diferents calendaris federatius, a l'entitat que figura en l'annex 1 d'aquesta Resolució (amb el núm. d'expedient&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; ME/2017-2019/326&lt;/span&gt;), pel motiu que igualment figura en l'annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Ordenar la publicació d'aquesta Resolució en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució – que exhaureix la via administrativa – es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la consellera de Cultura, Participació i Esports en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat (o notificat), d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat aquesta Resolució, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
