font-size:12px">A més, queda acreditat el compliment dels requisits que estableix l'article 37.2, apartats a) i b), del Capítol I del Títol VI de la Llei 39/1988, de 28 de desembre, Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, en matèria de pressupostos, desenvolupat per Reial decret 500/1990, de 20 d'abril, que són els següents:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) El caràcter específic i determinat de la despesa a realitzar i la impossibilitat de demorar-lo a exercicis posteriors.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) La insuficiència del saldo de crèdit no compromès en la partida corresponent, que haurà de verificar-se en el nivell en què aquest establerta la vinculació jurídica. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra el present Acord, en virtut del que es disposa en l'article 171 del Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, els interessats podran interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu en la forma i terminis establerts en els articles 25 a 42 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, Reguladora d'aquesta Jurisdicció. </span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
